I was on my Hogosha in Tau-31 and your guy refused to RP with me, the only thing he would say was ''You are a pirate, you're going to die''.
EDIT: Plus, I fail to see how you can be Hostile to the Hogoshas if you're allied to the Kusarian Lawfuls and fighting the Bretonians, when the Hogoshas fight the Bretonians as well.

Not defending this group, because I've not had one good encounter.
Just because you share the same enemies and friends does not make you friends.
Things aren't always that black and white. They might not agree with the Hogoshas methods. Simple as that.
That said, the official IMG faction has asked you to cease and desist. I'd suggest you do so until you work it out with them. Last time a group made its parent faction mad and everyone else.......well lets just say that they are part of one of the nebula in the Omicrons now.

While I was indeed in Tau-31 with the intention to torment a trader or two, I awas having a nice chat with the SMP and was not acting in any hostile way. Hogoshas are semi-lawfuls, not unlawfuls. They're not all pirates. That's as if you straight up kill a Junker because he might just be a pirate or something.
You know, that might be a legitimate argument if Hogosha were anything less than flamboyant about their piracy. And yes, I'm referring to the BDS when I say that, along with the indies. I hear that sometimes you get what you give, and things like that.
If you act like unlawfuls, you're not going to be treated like a semi-lawful... and somehow I doubt that you wouldn't pirate IMG selling ore in Kusari, and that's very common knowledge to anyone in the IMG. If you pirate a faction, don't expect them to be very friendly to you... even if they are friendly with your allies. They're not going to be friendly with you at all. Oh, and additionally, any "legitimate" Hogosha front would not be anywhere but core Kusari space.

I was going to argue on the Kusari space thing, but then I read core.
Why don't you and your folks try to join the IMG| itself instead? So instead of making it "We" and "Them", You'll make it a larger "Us". Believe me, IMG needs some Defense Division (Which already exists as IMG|[D] but is not much active) and you (TDF in general) Can kick up the activity fairly well!
Also, as you said [TDF] is shut down, I believe this 'Feedback' would be kinda inappropriate, but still; Yesterday, one of your Miners unlocked a rather 'Sad' Achievement! He was The First Person after around 100 hours of flight time on one of my chars, whom I demanded Credits from, and not even a reasonable one, but a '5milsRdai' type! Why, you ask? Because as soon as I CDed him, he started spaming System chat with a huge amount of ooc and invalid Rule-lawyerings, that annoyed me so much that I just used the demand (Which I was sure he wouldn't pay) as a reason to give him a 4 hours rest from that Char. No matter how 'Cruel' the Pirate acts InRP, or even if he actually breaks server rules, your member is not allowed to argue with him about the rules In system chat and say "// consider yourself reported" in the end after he gets blown up! Anyways, as far as it looks I won't have any interactions with said Character anymore, but in case he is reading this, he has to keep in mind for our future interactions that Having Pirate ID with Freelancer IFF is perfectly fine, as dropping his shields before making a demand is!
i will never join the IMG i would consider the =CR= but im not a good enough pilot for them yet, for now i will sit back and wait for the IMG to ask for us to come to their aid.
i was roaming tau the other day and there was no IMG people on just CR and miners that arnt affiliated with any player factions
