Faction status is being put on hold. No system conquests until January 5 2006 or further notice. If there are battles for systems during this period, results of those battles are null and void.
For now the most likely solution of faction problems is having roleplaying with original Freelancer factions, plus adding new player factions to the mod if anyone will submit sensible roleplaying propositions about what those factions will be. I've posted several times what I need to insert your faction in-game.
3. -=?=- issue
In terms of roleplaying, their actions are understandable. As long as they (1) don't use F1 to escape combats, even unequal, and (2) don't use bad language in chat, their presence is acceptable.
4. 'Sever Down' topics
Do not start topics about the server being down. When me or Wolfpack are online, we will check ourselves; if we are not, this cannot be fixed. There will be one topic where all server offline/online information should be posted.
Everyone please calm down, think before posting, and check what you are posting.
