Put this into your command line.

Right click on your Freelancer icon on your desktop. Under the Shortcut tab, where it says Target, you'll add this to that line. Make sure there's a single space between that and any other add-ons you have.

-sdiscogc.game-host.org:2303

When it's done, your line might look like this:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\Freelancer.exe" -sdiscogc.game-host.org:2303 -w -newplayer -dptplayer -logchat -logtime -logappend

That's my shortcut line, and uses the commands to look for the second server, play in windowed mode, display when new players log in, when players log off, logs the chat into the DSAce file with the chat time, and keeps adding to that file instead of simply starting over the next time I log on.

Basically, the leaders (Guildmasters) of the BHG, the Order HC, and whoever those oddball blue boys are (aka Foo and Yuri) are definitely going to be allowed to be (FL) for the event. I require people to contact me about who can be allowed to have that title. Since it IS possible that some (FL) may be given the .beam ability if we can't get certain things to work like we want them to, we're going to be careful who has that ability.

Oh, and some of you may notice, the event server is up and running. It's password protected, and may stay that way up until the time of the event, so we can finish checking things out and making sure we have things tweaked appropriately.

The /restart commands this time are going to be a little different. You'll use the appropriate faction and then ship name to get your toys. So for example, you'll use /restart BHGManta to get a Manta, OrderHathor to get an Order gunboat, or NomadAssassin to get a nomad fighter. There is a list of all the available restart ships when you log in, so you'll have that as a reference - for those of you that don't know that the Nomad Cruiser is named the Irra, for example. And the Camera ship is /restart Cameraship .... yeah, pretty simple.
