Question regarding reputation change

For those who don't know, reputation changes (to my limited knowledge) is only allowed for factions only.

I understand and support that. However, I ask a question to you admins (who administrate our souls as supreme overlords of uber-hoodlum-hammertime-ville). Would it be possible for SRP characters to gain the ability to alter their reputations via admin help according to their roleplay?

Simple question in my eyes, but what do you the community (of uber-hoodlum-hammertime-ville) think about this?

No unfortunately that is not technically possible. Reputation changes are linked to IDs and a change affects everybody with the same ID.
