The Republic of Liberty in association with the Liberty Police Incorporated board of directors presents

In an effort between the government of Liberty and the Liberty Police Inc, this bounty board has been made to provide additional incentive for our underpaid and under-appreciated officers of the law. I, Ferris Dufresne, as the head of the Central Liberty Internal Treasury, oversee the confirmation of posted bounties and payment of them. Below is listed information that is vital to officers of the law to receive contractual bonuses for performing their most essential duties.

Bountied parties include:

• • Outcasts (1,200,000)
  • Smugglers (varies*)
  • ANYONE caught in the act of piracy** (1,200,000)
  

*If the smuggler drops the contraband (as defined in Section I, paragraph I) and pays the fine, the officer who collects the fine may keep the fine, as well as receiving TWO (2) million credits. If the smuggler refuses and is destroyed, the officer receives ONE (1) million credits.
**Act of piracy includes assault, disrupting trade lanes, or extorting money

Multipliers:

• • If the target is a gunboat/gunship: 125%
  • If another capital ship: 200%
  • Forcing ships to surrender and submit to imprisonment on board the Sugarland facility: 150%

Circumstances: LPI officers happened upon The.Joker and some of his cronies disrupting tradelanes and destroying Liberty lawful vessels. After a few words, they engaged. We quickly dispatched one associate of his by the name of Chuck.Norris. The LPI are allowing me to take credit for the bounty since the death message was non-specific.

Circumstances: Was patrolling California when I noticed Big.Guns in combat with Tobius, a DSE escort. Upon arriving, I ordered them to stand down and demanded Big.Guns to release the hostages he had in hold. He whined a bit, then started shooting without any notice, draining my shield before I could fire up my thrusters. He obviously had no chance against my Libby, so I told Tobius he was free to move on. He decided to stay in perimeter as backup, however he did not engage. Destroyed the vessel at Planet Mojave, retrieved the pilot. If you deem the guncam footage insatisfactory as evidence, I'm certain Tobius will be able to support my report.

Received an emergency call from Starsky, a secondary LN officer, during the previous combat, he was under attack at Norfolk Shipyard by a Sabre Outcast. I immediately proceeded there, but Starsky had to eject before I arrived. Upon my arrival, I asked Veszely to release the Liberty personnel in store, which was complied with. However, the Outcast refused to follow my orders to leave the system and resisted any attempt at persuasion, so I had no choice but to use force. Veszely was forced to eject after a 10 minutes fight, without anything more than scratches to our hulls. Mick.Thompson was a valuable assistance in that fight.

Circumstances: Deputy chief Karl Agathon, LPI-Silver-3 and myself tracked an Outcast Gunship named Zhou_Zhi_He wandering through NY system. We pursued said ship for a short ways, demanding he stop and be placed under arrest. He refused and began firing on Deputy Chief Agathon. Engagement orders were given. With teamwork, and some nice Snac shooting by the Deputy Chief, we prevailed over the unlawful.

Circumstances: Stumbled upon the vessel during a regular patrol and a ship scan revealed contraband on board. The vessel did not respond at all first and tried to escape multiple times. Only when I fired some severe warning shots the vessel halted and started to answer my questions. But still only scarcely and strongly delayed. As multiple demands to drop the cargo were not followed, I decided to remove the vessel from space after 13 minutes. We picked up the remaining contraband and transfered it to Fort Bush.
