I would like to first say, that all the recent vessel applications have been accepted into the Liberty Secondary fleet. I would like to mention a couple of captain here though.

• Captain Rodkus, your vessel has been noted for once in a while engaging small pirate fighter groups, this is not to happen unless you are called upon by a ranking officer. Using a cruiser in a fighter battle is not a very wise move. Please refrain from doing such from this point on.
  
  Captain Pavilion, your vessels call sign is quite different. There is not to be nonsense names flying the Republic of Liberty's colors. Please if you will, consider a different call sign.
  

Now I think all of you should know why it is taking so long to receive conformation into the Secondary Fleet. This is because I have started an observation period for all vessels applying into this Registry. This is because there were a few vessels in the past which have gone awol after being accepted.

This is now in official effect as of this point on.
