Cross was found with Cardimine in New Berlin today, after refusing to halt and attempting to dock on Planet New Berlin the transport and cargo was destroyed. Pilot is now under a 2 million credit fine.

Trimax.Shpping is now under a 2 million credit fine for transporting Cardimine in New Berlin.


Also had a run in with Skib, An Outcast Destroyer. Target was found infront of Planet New Berlin and engaged. Pilot attempted to run many times but was then later on destroyed.

Speaking of Which, I have asked Erich_Hartmann to join the RM, he is await an NCC and has PM'd Chancellor Reinhardt, Bless his holy name, to confirm his joining. He has a ship and everything, just needs the Tag. Erich, if you read this, i got your NCC back from the Wraith.

Seems we have another Outcast flying around Rheinland. Troll, a Container Transport, was found carrying Cardimine in New Berlin yesterday.

The container was ordered to drop his cargo, he refused. After his many attemtps to escape from Admiral Hiltraud and I, the pilots ship was destroyed.

On order of Admiral Hiltraud, Troll is now KoS with the Rheinland Military.

This is Commander Axel Topf! Today, we encountered several traders, and they were all scanned and cleared. One admitted he was transporting guns to an outcast base and he has been given a warning. We will wait and see if he brings cardamine back, and if then he will die.

On orders from Admiral Hiltraud, the Trader 'Apoc' is now 'Kill on Sight', due to: Smuggling, Issuing false alarms and distractions to RM Officers.

Today on patrol I scanned quite a few traders, but nothing out of the ordinary. However there was a member from Southern Alliance who requested safe passage through Rheinland territory on an "exploration mission". As we are not hostile, I allowed him to pass through although I remained suspicious enough to follow his vector continually scanning his cargo after each mooring just to be sure. He did nothing illegal, but I was still troubled. I seek your council. Has paranoia gotten the better of me, or does this seem out of place?
