I'll keep this extremely simple. Liberty is at war with the Order. We've been at war with the Order for over eighteen years. Neither side has been activity persuing the war of late for fairly obvious reasons, however I'll remind you of the fact hostilities never ceased.
As such, I'm going to very strongly suggest you keep yourself on your side of the fence. That being Omicron Minor. Any attempt to come into Alaska is an invasion. A hostile act. It will be responded to as such.
Be aware that the Liberty Navy could crush your operation entirely. This was demonstrated today by the firepower which we streamed in through the Omicron minor jumphole. We're extremely tired of chasing your ships through that jumphole.
I'll just take the time to explain the consequences of your actions.
Any Order capital vessel comes into Alaska, and we will respond with a full battlefleet in Minor.
Any TCG vessel comes into Alaska and we will respond with a full battlefleet in Minor.
Any Order vessel enters New York, and we will respond with a full battlefleet in Minor.
Any Order fighters found in Alaska will be destroyed.
Any Navy vessel gets destroyed by the Order and we will respond with a full battlefleet in Minor.
If you so much as breathe in Alaska we will know about it. I hope I made myself clear. The Liberty Navy Primary fleet and Secondary Fleet is under orders only to move into Minor under very specific circumstances. However your organisation seems to believe it can go wandering around in the soveriegn space of hostile nation without any thought of retirbution. Consider this a wake up call.

I approve of what Admiral Hale says. Only yesterday myself and 2 of my agents had to destroy a Geb Light Carrier in New York. The loss of countless lives due to an over confident and arrogant Order captain. The Liberty Security Force will also act with deadly force to Order ships found in Alaska, New York and any other Liberty system. That is all I have to say on this matter.

There is no such agreement. There never has been. It does not exist. Find me documentation of it if you wish to attempt to prove me wrong. You'll not find a shred signed by any liberty official. Alaska, in it's entirity, is Liberty soveriegn space.
Furthermore, I will just point out the fact the Order is in no position to claim territory or make demands on our behaviour. I will point our the poor training of your men, the inexpert piloting of your snubcraft, the lack of numbers and funding, not to mention the fact you're sorely losing a war against the Guild Core at the moment.
In short, be quiet Miss Staite. I suggest you allow officers of importance to speak.

Captain Barnes. You acting to rushly. I'm suggesting you to calm down and consider your politics. From my source I know that you were warned many times. You don't have any real power to taking any actions which is against orders from High Command! Especially the ones which can provocade a full contact war with Liberty Nation!
You are wise man, even if sometimes your actions denied that. So once again I appeal to you. Consider your actions, or I'm sure that High Command will force you to face the consequences.

Shouldn't you concentrate on your war against Rheinland?
You come into our system, try to sell us our pilots - I'm not going to comment on that - and then wonder when we move to Alaska to pursue your ships?
We tried to avoid incidents with the LN, no matter where you were. We didn't attack you without reasons since the fightings between us don't accomplish anything for either side, but when your ships carry our pilots, refuse to set them free by giving them to us, invade our home and even try to sell (!) our pilots, just like pirates...
...we had to do something. There were many times before when we escorted your ships out of Minor and I even can remember one time when we saved one of your cruisers from certain death - or better said, things WORSE than death.
The attack on the Illinois might have been a bit quick, though I think after you showed how you do things, I think it's not going to be different next time. Be reminded, we won't have as much patience as before next time when one of Libertys vessels is spotted in our system.
Your "full battlefleet" might come into our homesystem, but will it return?
I think your fleet should be used somewhere else. And don't come with the "Oh, we have enough ships to fight on more than one front..." - I don't care. I know about the battles against Rheinland.
By threatening us you're threatening yourself, is this really wise?
You point to our war with the Bounty Hunters - I point to your war with Rheinland.
Don't underestimate the Order, but we both can't really afford to fight on another front, can we?
Better question is, do we really want that?
Do what you think is necessary, but don't expect us to sit aside and watch without reacting.
I might remind you, that I'm not speaking for the TCG and that my opinion might only be my own.

I think we both should concentrate on our other wars.

And the last thing I want to tell you - the Alaska-Minor jumphole area is part of our patrols. And it will stay this way.
