Honestly, i think its more about having a level head.

Dont think ive ever seen Gheis jump into troll'n'flame threads and argue with rage for one side or another.

Dont think ive ever seen Gheis either - lose his temper, troll, flame, insult, get scolded, or otherwise be a jerk to anyone on this forum.

In my book, that makes him a great choice for a Mod.

i do wish that the admin team and the mod team would nominate someone who is known to DISAGREE with them though - instead of people who tend to agree. - that would cause more diversity - and henceforth more views on matters to be discussed. - but then - maybe no one who tends to argue against the borderline decisions made by the team(s) has offered to be announced a mod or admin.
