Had a charming altercation outside of Manhattan airspace today with a pair of miners who reckoned they'd take potshots throughout the area; potshots which forced my vessel into evasive actions.
The following conversation ensued.
The fellow was offered an opportunity to provide recompense which he declined with many rage filled screams of pig, go to hell and so on. I'd be agreeable, given his lack of desire to cooperate, to render his viewscreen a tad more red come his next foray into Liberty. Pending his apology.
Last night I went on patrol in my Avenger, and came across 2 SCRA vessels testing so called "hybrids." They were using Red Hessian ships and coalition weaponry, which provided a rather deadly combination of power and agility.
I suggest that we look into these ships if we can, I suffered a direct hit from an ion storm which made if difficult for me to fight them off effectively.

During the dead hours of last night's shift I encountered a Battleship Class vessel identifying itself as belonging to the Council, a seperatist faction within the Nation of Gallia, responsible as most here know for breaching the veil of silence that hung over that nation.
The Council's reputation for being hyper aggressive extremists seems to have found some validity in the actions of this, questionably official, representative.
Upon returning to New York from the Colorado system I was alerted to the vessel's presence and made best speed to Manhattan orbit where it was to be found firing at random and issuing barely coherent edicts concerning the emminent doom of Liberty at the hands of the Gallic nation. It ignored requests that it be removed to our Nation's borders as a gesture of good will and, instead, opted to fire upon and destroy a nearby civilian vessel and LPI officer's ship.
At this point I ordered all forces to withdraw to a safe distance pending the arrival of reinforcements, as I was the lone vessel on scene capable of providing support.
The arrival of a pair of supporting bombers and, eventually, a seige and assault cruiser provided the muscle to crack the criminal vessel as it attempted a hasty escape, ignoring all requests that it power down in order to spare the lives of its crew.

Right.
First on the chopping block is one Edmond.Alaius, a freelancer who has been identified as a confirmed pirate, grafter and con artist. Testimony by a weapon dealer and the commander of the Lake Erie support this claim.
The second is a Junker vessel, Dark-Winter, presumed to be in the act of piracy in cooperation with a pirate on the California pipe. When our force engaged the pirate the Junker elected his intention of assisting the pirate.

Anyway... Both of these incidents are fairly troubling.
The freelancer Edmond.Alaius will be declared a wanted man, and the Junker Dark-Winter as well. Both clearly broke the law in one way or another... So It's about time they were declared hostile.

The junker Dark-Winter is hereby declared hostile to the Republic of Liberty for assisting known pirate Confusion and Furstration (yes he managed to spell his own name wrong).
The freelancer Edmond.Alaius has been declared hostile to the republic of liberty due to participation in the illegal act of piracy.

Yesterday, as I was mopping up the last of the hostiles on my training mission, I encountered a Das Wilde vessel, marked only as W-2. I never got close enough for scanners, let alone close enough for visual confirmation of what vessel he was flying. He toyed with me as he talked about how it was a unique opportunity for him(or her) to find LN vessel flying alone. Seeing as I still fly a Starflier, I did my best to avoid upsetting him until I learned more. After about 10 minutes of communication, he mentioned that Liberty falling to the rule of the K'Hara. From what this pilot said, the Das Wilde may be planning a war of attrition on the Liberty systems. He told me to win this war without food, if I could, destroyed two DSE convoys, and while I was still searching for him, he just disappeared. No trace of him left on anything but the scorched hulls, and my com logs.
In short, he threatened to collapse Liberty by cutting off our food supply. I don't know how serious a threat the Das Wilde can be, but we should watch our DSE convoys closely, seeing as at least one vessel is convinced they can terrorize Liberty, and capable of causing serious damage on a whim.
Today, I came into contact with a Nomad Morph designated as "Splinter". This was my first contact with a nomad ever, so I was a bit rattled as to why a ship marked as hostile was trying to say more than "Give me my brethren". All it would say was "Chris.Named... want... see..." for a little while. I made some progress after a long conversation, and I personally don't know where the communication leap between us was, but we eventually found a way for us to be a "We" for a while. So I let him follow me to the Training Mission Waypoint, and he engaged the hostiles, destroying them all before I could even damage my target's hull. Occasionally he spouted bits of garbled transmission coming out as "Angry" when he was attacked while talking to me by bounty hunters, or "Happy" and "Calm" as I asked if he would like to become a we for a while.
As I see it, Nomads are dangerously well armed. However, my first experience with one was one of of language barriers, and alliances built on sheer curiosity. I will make efforts to communicate with all nomads in the future before any worry of their red designation colors my opinion of the vessel.

The Zoner ~Weapons.For.Sale~ is hereby declared hostile to the Republic of Liberty. Multiple breaches of Liberty law caused me to open fire on his ship. Unfortunately without adaquate backup I was forced to eject from my bomber's cockpit.
The Zoner Corvo class cruiser was firing off it's weapons at Fort Bush, refused to leave immediately and finished it's 'business deal' with a police officer. As we escorted the vessel out via the Colorado gate, it started to drop trade lanes out ahead of the Naval escort consisting of myself and Samuel lennox. The captain refused to explain it's actions except to say "I wanted to pirate".

Well today I was given the right to Fly a Bomber. It was really nice. My day started with a Patrol of the Cali system. After beeing there for 2 hours I meet up with Andrew Rogers. We started patroling again and we ancounterd a Large wing of VR ships. Even there was a Battleship but it ran away. the BHG 22nd win came to aid us. Rogers did well in his first major scale battle. The Hunters got one and We got one after losing 2 of their wingman. Thay Run away. Here are some gin cam shot.
