Sometimes in RP it is more wise to retreat before a fight starts, to dont waste senseless ressources and take care of the responsibilities to maybe loose ships and men/women. The WRF handle it excactly in the same manner, too. We dont join or engage enemies if we are not sure, if it is balanced or if we are in a small advantage ;-)

to the Faction Idea:

hey lads, give them a chance, this was so many times discussed in other faction idea threads, if they dont wanna join the official Faction, the reasons are very different, but i guess we all know them well enough, why someone dont want to join an official faction, or?

hehe but really, dont fly into a planet to get faster to your normal location, this is just too much ooRP, ok? Fly the escort and bring him safely back,......

Thus, short advise: all actions ingame are considered to be in RP, wiki sais, that you have to know yourself with the background of your Faction and the Background of your enemies and the Background of the neutrals to your faction, thus why is that what you do, bad for them and reverse.

I needed over one year on this server with this mod and a lot facepalms and a lot of critisize from other official faction leader to get it in my brain, you must follow their orders or you wont get any respect from them! Show that you are able to play RP and all is fine, if they say to you, get out of this fight, we have all under controll, than do it, seek other warplaces in this time, if you want to do pvp, or fly to conneti"cat" to improve your pvp skills.
