What's the point of having wings on a ship if they're transparent and extremely fragile? Eye-candy is alright, but some ships need to be designed with a tad sense of utility. They're fighters, not luxury liners.
You're being too subjective when it comes to ship design, Jinx. Feedback is okay, but taking decisions on 'popular support' isn't always a good idea.
So yeah, my suggestion would be to keep the wings opaque.

Jinx... I'm relly envy the amount of work and talent You Put in the modeling of this ships.. doesnt matter is a Civilian zoner or in this case renzu line...
I never have Kusari character.. I dont like to much House characters/ships/issuess but This line of renzu is nice addiction... The Homeworld imports looks terrible.. bulky low quality textures and OT KUSARI AT ALL... So Yea ILike it I want It and Iff I'll see them in Game That Could be the Point when I made Kusari character in game...
One thing about Jinx, what I have found out from my year and couple months being in here, is that he is quite a person that wants everyone to be satisfied of what they want. If the community is not satisfied, he will (90% chance) will close them. If the community likes them, he might argue on putting them in with the Devs. If half of the community is balanced with good and bad comments - he might, or not put them in and etc, etc...
Jinx might not see this to himself, but I do. He just wants the community to be satisfied with their own taste, not his taste. I bet if he puts his Persephone on public, people will want him to change few stuffs and add - but, it is his taste - not ours.
I personally like round shapes and flat ships - i dont know why, but its just me.
edit: Like my ship, "Pandora", It's a Heavy Battlecruiser Class that was built after a decade of the Persephone "fossil" encounter. Its round and flat with a "cage" like engine.
As kinda the protector of Renzu's rp at this point, I will put in my two cents.
I think they are too Kusari. The Renzu line should be a meld of traditional Kusari artistic ship design and of the more luxury style ship design from other houses. Renzu is a Kusari company, but while it has one foot in Kusari, it has the other in the Sirius Wide Civilian market, and the ships need to have a Sirius wide appeal to people. Someone flying one of these ships clearly identifies themselves too closely to Kusari for it to be wanted all around Sirius. Luis and Gurjiv collaborated on the Renzu liner for 4.86, it is a real good example of the type of merge between Kusari and civilian design I am envisioning for the Renzu line.

Either way, as Zelot says, Renzu is a indeed a Cooperation that Kusari has for Civilians, unlike the Renzu Liner, it is mostly meant for civilians that has $$$ on them. So, in my opinion on Jinx ship are very well done. Also, I have to say that Jinx should name the LF "Tick" - it really looks like one.
