I have found one of your High Priority targets, and managed to destroy his ship, by hitting one of his mines at the right time. It was risky, but it worked. I fear he would have destroyed me.

Unfortunately, my fighter suffered severe damages, and I have lost some of my weapons. Considering the very high priority of the target, I would like to have the permission to repair my ship at Battleship Karlsruhe, and replace two of my damaged Purple Goddess chain guns with two R7-n "Hornviper" Rheinland Tachyon Cannons (MKII, class 9).
If you grant me access to the weapons, I will naturally surrender my payment (10 Million credits according to the Bounty Board) to the Bundesrepublik Rheinland.
