I recently heard some rumours floating around Rochester regarding a guy going by the name of The Joker, his merry band of men and, more importantly, that he's not very impressed with us at the moment.

Evangeline brings her left arm up and pets an unidentified pipeline protruding from the wall behind her.

Just want to remind you that you do have a warship under your banners; one who has disposed of the Joker's annoying little Tridente and a handful of his associates previously. I have some of the Saoirse turrets they managed to grab off of the Molly Republic some time back stuck to my salvage frigate as a trophy.

It's also come to my attention he somehow got his hands on a Scylla class destroyer, a younger sister to the Maelstrom here. I know these things inside and out and if you wish we can meet in person and I'll educate you on the weak points of the vessel's design.

We might not think much of each other but we're on the same side. You can call me to arms if you need to.

The lights in the corridor of the ship shut off, plunging Evangeline into complete darkness.

The video ends to the sound of a little girl swearing like a sailor drifting away from the camera and trailing off, the camera unable to pick up any images except absolute black.

It has nothing to do with our opinions of each other which are not nearly as negative as you might think. At the moment there has not been any trouble with the Joker. We'll see how that goes. This is Hale's doing so I'm going to let him be the first one to put warships in harms way if there is any trouble. I'm not sure having your warship flying around New York is going to make the Admiral any happier than he already is so I'd rather not take that route yet.
