I myself while I love gaming at least have a life beyond it that prevents such 'addictions'...So this guy seriously needs to get a life, because that's just sad.

IMO people that file these lawsuits are just trying to make some money. It's the person's fault for getting addicted to it and continuing to play.

It's like with heroin or any other drug, the drug has always been there, YOU choose to take it and now you're addicted to it because YOU tried it. You don't see "May be very addicted" on vials and dime bag for drugs.
