Bounty Hunter Ships & Weapons

haha... there is no balance if a weapon made more than 2k damage and speed is more than 500...
if i had such a weapon i only would go close combat and he is done for.

i think novas are good enough;)

well if u go to deshima station you can buy the buckshot which is a bounty hunter class 9 gun. I think you can also buy it on the bounty hunter base in omega 15.

Also on the battleship out there you can Level 6 gattling guns (the superlow dmg 33.3 rate weapons), which despite what the damage says, actually kick alot of ass if you pair them with a good 8.33 rate gun.

Well, i say we could tweak the manta a little. Mercs more oftenly prefer the r.talon instead of manta. Manta is a bounty hunter ship but I see its spread of usage is kinda lower. Also it already has a lower hull and agility of the ship is another lacking point. I say give it 5 gun slots consisting of a single level 9 and quadro level 10 gun slots. In addition to the 5 gun slots give 2 active level 5 turret slots which could be used either for shield busting or hull penetration. Maybe it would give people a reason to use the manta as a fighter.

This is just an opinion of course and didnt personally want to open a new thread for just a single ship.

Amen I imagine a VHF with a wider frame, shorter, and 2 fins that are spread out almost like 2 Manta's got steped ona bit and glued together

This post might be a little to late for effect, but... the sso| is supposed to be able to load out house weapons (hopefully military weapons as well, or I'm gonna have to change my load out :() and the Disinfector 2 is a nice class 8 weapon. I've loaded out four on my Hammerhead (saves energy) and loaded missiles (could definitely change). This fits my play-style though, so you may not want them. The Disinfectors are Kusari Naval weapons found on Nansei research station.
