I have a Siege cruiser, LSF. I RP it as a ship with a lot of computers and scientific instruments. I'd like to know:
1 How hard it would be to convince my superiors to let me go.
2 What bases I'd be allowed to use.
3 Who I would be allowed to ally with. (mainly order)
4 Loadout.
5 Should I contact the Zoners to ask for permission to use their Freeport?
That's about it, please don't flame me. I know people have messed this up in the past, so I'm just trying to fix Liberty's reputation.

"It will take more than a arm and a leg to do that"
On another note, I don't see a real reason why the navy would wonder up there. Although it is allowed rule wise. I would get zoner permission first, that seems smart. As for loadout, doesn't matter, won't make a difference RP wise for your presence. I would however suggest a anti-cap set-up. I'm unsure who you would ally with. If your there, don't make your presence too known. The Navy would do recon work, they wouldn't act like a occupation force.
1) Have you tried just asking them? Even if you are essentially auto-accepted, asking implies that you care about what the other party says, leading to more amicable relations later down the line.
2) See 1. If you'd like to use a base, ask
3) As I understand, the Order thinks that any Liberty vessels in the Omicrons are a violation of their sovereignty. This logic may be arrogant and/or insane, but this is FL, so anything less is a bit of a disappointment. They will shoot you if no other factors apply. Since other factors always apply, though, here are your words to live by in Omicron Delta- "alliance of convenience".
4) Whatever you feel like, but the Omicrons have a -lot- of caps, which is no small part of why it's an absolute blast to play in.
5) See 1. Even if they would probably be fine with it, asking makes them more amicable, which makes them less likely to leave you to die.
EDIT: btw, chances are you don't know where Dabadoru is, if you even know it exists. The Core are not the bounty hunters of house space... they don't give a damn that you're legitimate authority. In their eyes, "legitimate authority" is "he who has more firepower", and Liberty does not exactly have the force to threaten Core holdings in the Omicrons.
-What is your reason on Omicron with a LSF Cruiser?
-Do you have the Authorities of the LSF/LN Leaders?
-What is your goal in the Omicrons?
-Have a negotiation with the Order - if you plan to have them 'as allies'. Though, you'll become hostile with the BHG. (Have you thought of that?)
Would you set your own diplomacy and follow them as long your char lives in RP?
Simple questions really - but at least is something to have backup if an idiot asks.
