Good role play and persons willing to role play not only for their own good (inRP ofc) can turn into nice events. Such is the case here. You probably don't know about +LE+ (It's a new faction idea with GRN affiliation). What happened: A +LE+ patrol captured a Zoner Corvo in Burgundy. The ship is The.Maverick.V and it's flown by a very good RPer. Now, the +LE+ HQ decided to keep the ship and do some tests on it and on it's captain (seeing he's not really a normal man)
What happened next? Just before being captured, the Corvo managed to send a distress call asking for help.
What will happen next? We, in the +LE+ would have loved to strip the guy of his ship and kill him but this is not nice so, we decided to Keep him in prison while we test his Corvo. His crew is also in prison.
Next? While we will do our tests with the said ship a large strike force consisting of [C] ships and SMP fighters will attack the test area, in an attempt to recover the Corvo and the prisoners (which are in the same place to show us how to fly that ship). +LE+ won't be expecting this so there won't be any capital ship support. Only some fighters.
Next, we fight and depending on how it will end, we can have:
1. [C] and SMP forces win the fight and rescue The.Maverik.V and it's crew.
2. +LE+ wins but before the fight is over, the Corvo is gone.
Be advised that the Corvo will be under the command of +LE+ during the fight.
EXAMPLE:!:!!:!:!:!!:!:!:! Scenario 01:
+LE+: 7 ships (Fighters/Bombers)
[C]: 5 ships (whatever they want to bring)
SMP: 4 ships (Fighters)
When the time is right, the Corvo will be in open space, running some weapon tests. The 7 +LE+ be around, guarding the perimeter.
The SMP will attack first, trying to do as much damage as possible.
1. If all the SMP ships are out, [C] may engage.
2. If SMP takes out the first wave of +LE+, they will continue the fight and the [C] will join them against the remaining forces.
When SMP ships appear on scanners, the Corvo will maintain it's position and 70% (That's 5 ships for my example) of the +LE+ forces will move to intercept the enemy. The [C] and SMP are only allowed to engage the remaining +LE+ ships after taking out all the other 5.
1. If the 5 +LE+ ships are destroyed, the Corvo will wait for the end of the fight and can not engage or be engaged.
2. If the 5 +LE+ ships are not destroyed after the 2 waves, the Corvo will remain in possession of +LE+ till a new event.
Scenario 02:
+LE+: 7 ships (Fighters/Bombers)
[C]: 5 ships (whatever they want to bring)
SMP: 4 ships (Fighters)
SMP fighters engage +LE1+ (group of +LE+ ships similar in numbers with the SMP)
The remaining +LE2+ ships will guard the Corvo but they will be attacked from the flank by [C].
1. If SMP wins their fight, the Corvo can try to run and the remaining +LE2+ can engage it. SMP forces will retreat after they win the first fight.
2. If the council wins, they depart with the Corvo under their escort.
3. If the +LE1+ wins, they can aid +LE2+ against the Council. The Council will try and take the fight 10 K away from the Corvo and this will be allowed to run.
4. If +LE2+ wins, they help +LE1+ against SMP, leaving the Corvo unguarded. The Corvo will escape.

She has even gone as far to put a gun to the head of a liberty dreadnought commander, and take direct control of the computer systems. She is flying it out to pose a rescue as we speak.

I have chosen that area to be away from any other trade route/populated areas so no one will come "OLOLOL, a fight, engajung!"

Look...The [C] coming have the option of whatever they want...
The SMP/allies might be recommended to bring only one cap - Only allied with one person known to fly a capital ship...Salazar Kithe has this option if he wishes this...
RP wise...Maverick.V is still hostile to liberty...Having a rouge Liberty Cap ship....not a good idea even with 4.86 coming soon...
