3 Hathors & 2 Nephtyses, all with Zoner IDs and Official Tags, in space at the same time while carrying crapload of Nomad remains, is a bit too much to be ignored, y'know!
Zoners had it coming for them since a really Long Time ago! Even a bunch of Infocards, News and Rumors around FP9 and Crete suggest the conflict between Corsairs & Zoners. But all the Zoner Factions hide behind their Neutrality Flag and do whatever they want, thinking their Neutrality is a God-Given Right... And when they mess up Big, because of their own actions... They Q_Q, Emoquit and Disband all their factions, crying about how "a bunch of pvphorse ran them off the server". They attacked you with valid RP, with valid reasons, so either suck it up and RP it through, or if you decide to Emoquit don't try to picture the actual RPers as a bunch of ooRPly-Zoner-Hating pvpwhores.
To be Completely Honest, I lost all my respect for Zoner Players after these latest series of events...
I kind of stopped listening to what you had to say when you died on your BHG| and came back online on your Angel to whine about it, trying to give credence to your argument with the character you were playing on.
Wow. That is really sad on so many levels. I hope you guys decide to stay on the server (in another capacity) and not leave entirely.
But to be fair, neutrality is a transient state of being. All "anarchist" forms of government are transient until -something- assumes the role of 'structure' in any power vacuum. (<--In response to both sides of the argument about "Zoners being like house-governments lately") And so it will be for Zoners for the foreseeable future.
But as the phoenix rises from the ashes...
So too, will the Zoners. New groups will emerge over time as the current situation irons itself out and the Consortium goes the way of the dinosaur. I've RPed with you guys in the past in a variety of situations and i've always been impressed, for what that's worth.
New Zoner groups should organize in time, and -something- will assume the vacuum that is left in the wake of these events.

But that is just me.
Others probably consider that great form.
I died on my BHG| and came back on my Angel? When exactly? I started getting Red Lags before the fight had even started that day, and after spending some 5 minutes trying to SN the drifting Osirises which were going out to 15k and back, I realized it's pointless and flew to Daba and logged. Then, some minutes later, I heard something in BHG Chat about a group of Zoners (Led by a certain ZDF who is Perm Banned now) 'Bombarding' Daba & RPing it as 'The Station's Main Life Support is failing'.
Powergaming Much? I still believe it was the right move to get on my Angel Ship and try to stop them from pushing it any farther.
' Wrote:the BHG|Core- trying to get nomad remains off a Zoner in Delta?
Come on, who are you kidding?
As one of the Core involved... there were (official faction) Zoners flying Order ships and openly stating that they would never hand over Nomad remains to the Core but instead send them to the Order. The immediate gut-feeling in-character response was "well eff you too". Zoners openly claiming that they don't respect the Core and openly allying with their enemies, and you think that the Core did it because they wanted to drive Zoners off the server? Seriously? I expected better of you, normally you are quite rational.
And yeah, Mudd did powergame at the end of that incident. After firing on me without saying a damn thing when I logged back in after lagging out while trying to dock (this was separated by about fifteen minutes, and there was no one else around that they could have confused me for). I don't remember if I took screenshots of him saying in system "Dabadoru life support destroyed! Hahahaha!", in hindsight I really should have.

Well, left the battle then. Which I think the BHG| ended up losing anyway.
Point was, you should not have gotten involved, and to do so was poor form.
Also, that which you link is relevant how?

Your post makes it sound like I only think the BHG| wanted to drive the Zoners off the server. This is not the case, but I knew the line would be targeted as I typed it.
I believe the point being made is the player being responsible, not the character, and in turn, not the faction.
This REALLY really really really really makes me sad. The consortiums roleplay was GREAT! aaaaaah. This makes me so much more angry at... those 'people' who started all this. Metagaming has a bad effect on everyone. From the Peasents, to the Noblemen.

Giving away 2 nomads is a showing of respect? That's incredibly sad and it seems like the Core players need to get out more (in RP of course, lol) I dont think the core did it. The core has nothing to do with the current state of the zoners, they're just bunched up with the people who did because they happened to shoot a zoner during nearly the same time frame, which is entirely okay just at least RP with us before you blanket bounty us, talk about quantum hillarity. I digress. We banded together to fight you off like the Zonies would. You lost 3 makos and then we kissed and made up. Coughcoughcoughcough.

No, I'm aware that you targeted more than just the Core with that statement. As I do not feel I have proper perspective to answer the rest of your post at present time, I did not do so. However, I saw a claim that a faction I am part of and me specifically did something very wrong, and as is my right I chose to defend myself.

I'm not quite sure what this has to do with the preceding statement. It's 1 AM and I'm sick, though, so that's probably why I'm not making the connection. Can you elaborate?

I know, right? You easily could argue that the Core going ballistic over two Nomads was shooting themselves in the foot (as a Core player I would agree, given the outcome). No one ever credited the Core for being particularly rational or cunning, least of all the Zoners (even the Order gives us more credit half the time, hah). It wasn't wise, but it was in character, which is why we did it. And yeah, I thought we did kiss and make up too, which is why I was quite surprised to see this come up, especially in such an accusatory fashion, and by a Core player...

Jump on Skype.
I prefer not to be silenced on these forums. (Even though I realise the irony inherent of this action, which silenced me from speaking on here about it.)
Adding the invasion of the ZA Skype channel and showing off as ignorants wasn't really clever, and Montezuma's unawareness of the own RP while demanding "respect" of the Core's was even less clever.
Hey, crap happens, sure, but everybody should actually know when the own personal rights are exhausted.
