Why is advising Junkers to stay out of a known hostile zone with their transports, a "stupid" answer? A Republican transport wouldn't be welcome docking to Newark Station. It'd get shot up by everything in range. Same thing with an Universal ship trying to dock with Bonn station - that battleship there would tear it a new one. Do you hear those factions complain about it? No. They know that's a hostile zone which they're an unwelcome party in, and stay the hell out.
Junkers want an option to be neutral with the KusExiles? I suggest making an appeal to Kogen and the Bret government directly. As it stands the reputations reflect how the factions feel about eachother. The Brets joining in on the fray could easily be explained as them wanting to keep potential Gallic spies out of the battleground.
Anyway, I'm with Zelot on this one. RP it out with the factions involved and see how it goes. Reps can be adjusted - IF there's a reason to. And that if is not met.

Yes I do. That being said, I think I would find a way to suggest it that is not talking down to them and showing a complete lack of respect for their opinions and suggestions.

Because Leeds is not a known hostile zone. There is no reason Junkers should not be around Stokes. They have a legitimate right to be there. I think it's a bit more absurd when a guest of the house opens fire on them while they are trying to do business at Stokes and yet carries the expectation of still being friendly with Stokes while doing this.
... not sure how much more hostile you can get then to have a red KuDread staring down at you. And can you give me one reason why the Bret government would intervene on your behalf, given that it's revealed the Junkers have been for a very long time doing information gathering for what is now their worst enemy?
Here's some options though:
- Brets ordering the Nagumo to move away a bit (5K), citing it's erratic firing pattern is a hazard to Stokes. (Would solve the getting blown up while undocking, although dessy patrols would remain a potential issue).
- Brets asking/demanding Kogen to stand down from attacking the junkers. Kogen may or may not accept this.
- Brets deciding the junkers are more trouble then they're worth, and close Trafalgar, declaring them personas non gratas. In essence siding fully with Kogen on the junker matter and evicting them from Bretonia alltogether. Which would get the unlawfuls stirring probably:)
But that's all stuff for RP threads - and once the RP takes proper shape, the devs can act on it.

Just might add that you have the wrong Junker group, the Congress has not been given information to Gallia at all. In fact we are shot on sight there.

hmmm, not sure I said that the Bret Government SHOULD intervene. I just think it's a little funny that Junkers now get shot at flying to a base where they were welcomed prior to the Kusari occupation of that base and now the base itself is being hit by battleship weapons when Junkers try to dock there.
You're right, the Bretonian Government should be quite pleased by that.

Got to admit this is quite funny considering Bretonia are allying with the emperor that torn them a new one quite some time.
What is appalling in this thread is the attitude of a person who is an admin.
The issue is not role play related. It is a bug. Bretonia would not shoot Junkers just because Kogen told them to do so. That is exactly what is happening and Zelot is ignoring that to push his own agenda/hate for part of the community. Yes, I know you will deny it and get away with it. You've done is successfully for years now.
Fix the bug, it makes no sense. Neutral but can't dock is one fix - but kinda ignores some role play. Perhaps look at making it so that Bretonian NPCs don't shoot people who are hostile to the Exiles (they'd still shoot people who are hostile to them - meaning Gallic NPCs will still be shot by both NPC groups).
Edit: Dumb down - Exile NPCs shooting Junkers is gravy; has years of role play support. Bretonian NPCs shooting Junkers due to the presence of Exile NPCs is not gravy; it has zero role play support. So this issue is one of two things: 1) Bug - which should be fixed as any other bug. 2) Lore created by the development team that has no in game or forum support for it - the support needs to be put in place.

Maybe its because they are of the opinion that trying to solve this problem with you IRP is totally futile?
Maybe experience has taught them that RPing with certain people gets them insulted with the excuse that its IRP, hassled and mobbed with the excuse that its RP, and made to pay 4 billion bucks with the excuse that its RP?
Maybe sometimes "RP" is an escape strategy for certain people to do stuff that they normally couldnt do without making themselves look extremely nasty, in more than one way?
