Background
Matsuko Ichigawa was born on Planet Honshu in 798 AS. At the age of 13 his family moved to Planet New Tokyo and he went to school there for 2 years until he was sold by his mother to a Hogosha, who in turn sold him to Tony Scarelli (Aka Ursa), one of the slightlier less sane members of the notorious Black Sails.

For 3 years he has been serving Ursa's command; smuggling and stealing millions of credit's worth. However, he has failed to deliver on some occasions and this has often led to a beating. Lately, Matsuko had been getting more and more rebellious and even started working for an IMG who betrayed Ursa over a business deal. Matsuko quickly got a bounty on his head and fled to the Sigmas.

Having heard stories from his master for years about the only foe who has ever been capable of stopping Ursa, he realised this might be the only person able to save him. This man was Taro Katsuo, Guild Master of the GMG. Now he submitted a final resume to the GMG as his last flicker of hope, his one chance for survival.

Brief Background
Born as the elder twin of Karl Hoch to his parents Emelie Hoch and Herman Donitz on Planet Stuttgart. Was ignored by his parents in the favour of Karl. This has lead to a great resentment towards his parents, Rheinland in general but especially against his brother. When his brother was studying Rheinland literature, he himself was heavily involved in reading about the 80 Years War and about the GMG. He was greatly impressed by their skills and tactics employed against the Imperial Fleet and has taken these into account in his own fights.
At the age of 23 he was enrolled as a Flieger into the Rheinland Military and quickly impressed his superiors, however refused to be promoted. A few months after his twenty-fourth birthday his wing was sent on standard patrol to Sigma-13, which brought back memories of the GMG. When they were engaged by a group of Corsairs, he saw his chance. He escaped into the nebula and headed North. Eventually he stumbled upon Naha and surrendered to the GMG.
From a friend inside the Military he has been able to dig out that he has been declared: MIA. His only hope is that the GMG accept him into their ranks and hide this information from the Military.

Background:

I have been following my older brother Ian. My relation with him was always important even if he always considered myself inferior both in talents and accomplishments. Notheless, we were very similar both in personality and culturaly.

Unfortuantly something terrible happened to my brother, well in fact no one really know; not even me.... He disapeared, leaving his prestigious vessels and friends behind. Some believe he exiled himslef into distant systems in seek of....

Anyway, So I left behind that organisation, to live my very own destiny. I got to leave my brother's footsteps one day' .

Indeed I have been streghtened by deep space, by a constant fear of the biggest criminals organisation of Sirius. But most importantly I learned that living in an independent society, even missreguarded by numbers of human, is the closest you can get from serenety while being strong in an organised group.

One thing that I might have some issue with are the Kusarian Thecnology, I havent ever used them. Hopefully I could use the Serene-Tycoon,civilian train originaly named by you know who.

I have been Sanctionned (ship stripped) around early June 2010 as ''Golden-Feeather'' if I remember correcly for using F1 in space, in conbat,. That is my only and last rule breaking not to forgot I was still a yound and unexperienced member of discovery.

I have been playing several characters in the past, A pirate, trader, fighter, until I reached sufficient skills to join official factions. But I must say I am someone who prefer diplomacy over combat whenever possible. I do believe the worst agressivness of someone can be lured by the strengh of role play.
