Can some one help me out please. I have a visual arts asigment and i have a picture of an eye cut the eye out and it looks like this:

Now i have a rough picture of the inner eye and i wanna be able to make that trenceperent to the background sort of so that there is only a hit of the eye there but u will still be able to make it out?

alright i'll have to find a tutorial for that then. what i recommend is a freeware program called Paint.Net. Its super easy to use, its got tons of plugins (one lets u export as a photoshop file), and free
