Epic tunes?

So a while ago, this spastic guy posted a thread asking for help with some audio software and then made a tribute song for Bear with his guitar.

I thought "Joe is gonna be pissed off that Bear got a song and he didnt", so here is a tribute song to Joe-the-Admin, played and sung entirely by.... ME!!!!1

Its recorded using the Audacity software. Three tracks are played on my favorite accoustic african steel sting guitar which my daddeh bought in Kenya in 1963. The bass guitar is simulated by lowering the pitch by 50% (one of the audio software's effect functions) which makes everything sound one octave lower. 3 tracks of electric guitar were done with a IbanezRG series, a Zoom500 multi-effect, and wah. 3 tracks of oohs and aahs, trying to sing the lyrics sounds painfully ****ty with my voice so I spared you that. 2 tracks of percussion using my Jembe which I bought in Ghana a few years ago.

Tribute to JihadJoe <3 (Hey Joe - Jimi Hendrix cover)

And while I was looking for suitable video footage, I decided to finally stich together some xfire videos to make some room on my hard disk.

Here some catchy tunes with ingame footage and different themes. Everyone should take a look and see if they find themselves in it.

Inbred Xeno (and his twin cousin from another server):
The Blasters - Dark Night
World Party - Ballad of the Little Man

Pacifist Outcast "public relations" agent
Emiliana Torrini - White Rabbit

Drugged up 2milordai pvp-whore pirate
M.I.A - Paper Planes

Fanatic Order pilot
Ladytron - Destroy Everything You Touch

KNF Propaganda video
Akira Soundtrack - Kaneda's Theme

Blackbox of CR Ensign Thomas "Tomcat" Gato (missing in action when on patrol near FP10)
Jimi Hendrix - All along the Watchtower

Trololol
The Prodigy - Smack my Witch up

I think you just about made my week with that. Never have I been caught out in a less appropriate ship than that video. Thanks for reminding me of that one, it was fun. Nicely played guitar as well... Respect.

I'd better post a tune or three...

Epic drummers/percussionists in all three...

James Brown - Too Funky in Here

Jaga Jazzist - Another Day

Karnivool - Change

The link in my sig, in the freelancer quote:

Keldian - Sundancer

Yes, a song about Freelancer. Even better, it's a symphonic metal band. Ticks every single box, IMHO. Except for you 'blokes' who like rap...:P

"Freelancer Alpha dash niner, this is Freeport 7 control, You are cleared for departure. Good luck out there."
