Dave : It's such a pleasure too see you my good friend ! *smiles* It passed a while since i've seen you and the Terminus. I can see that you made some very nice improvements ? Anyway let mister Benedict bring a bottle of whiskey and we should talk about what i've found on Primus.

They started to talk for a good half hour about Dave's discoveries and about the improvements that were made on the Terminus,when they "actually" knew that they were about to get seriously drunk..it was too late.

Jack Aubrey: Soooo...B-Benedict! (Hiccup) Get anotha' bottle of whiskey! I can't feel my damn legs...*laughs*

Benedict Williams: L-L-Loooook at you sir! (Hiccup) A respectable commander reduced like a drunk begga'..(hiccup)..whiskey finished sir..*the alcohol in Benedict's body started to give signs "Benedict falled asleep hitting the table with his head"* ZzZzZzZz...

Jack Aubrey: Who in the blue hell are you?! (Hiccup) Look at you you dog..uh oh..Dave..you are d-drunk l-like hel(hiccup)l!

*Jack falled from the chair hitting the plant*

*Dave was sensitive to whiskey so he got drunk even worse*

Dave : Ok... s-soo..... Hey B-Ben-- Benedict... what are you d-doing ? Don't sleep ... im talking ser-serious about the ... the ... the... apes.... I am an Ape ! that's what ! Uhuuuu , we are all... ap- apes ! Mon-Monkeys !

*Starts to laugh like hell when he saw Jack falling into the plant, but .. *

Dave : Hey ... Jack.. you need a..... hand !? .. I can...

*Turns another round of whiskey, regarding that Jack tried to tell him that he is damaged enough*

Dave : One for ...... P-Primus, ooone for Ter-Terminus... and oooone.. for ..

*But its too late, he falls under the table, and laughs with Jack with no reasons*

Jack Aubrey: D-Damn what the hell are you laughin' ye dawg *crawls under the table and then he hits his head on it*..damn I'm wasted..I-Me will k-k-kill you for th(hiccup)is...*tries to stand up*..Oh damn..*falls on the plant again*..Who THE HELL PUT A CACTUS here?

Benedict Williams: ZzZzZzZzZ....Mommie...ZzZzZzZ ZzZzZzZz...

Jack Aubrey: I'm drunk like a f***ing sponge full of alcohol..this new bar was a bad idea..I never was drunk like this before...all y-your fault D-Dave! Curse you!

*Jack goes towards the counter to pick a bottle of Vodka..*

Jack Aubrey: C-C-Cheeeeeeers! F-For C-Cerberus! *drinks a bottle full of vodka and falls on the floor unconscious"

*Meanwhile Alexander entered the bar..he was curious to see what was happening and who was yelling like a psycho...*

When Alexander opened the door he almost lost his mouth on the bar's floor.Jack was lying on the floor unconscious,Dave was crawling under the table singing,and Benedict was sleeping on the table.He was horrified and amused at the same time to see his commander lying on the floor..

Alexander Stone: Well..what can I lose? It's my free weekend! *goes towards the countboard and picks 4 bottles of beer*...

*2 hours later... (03:05) deck A-3 was desolated..*

Alexander Stone: Bad i-idea I had..damnit!..*runs towards a plant pitcher* Blaaaaarghh *pukes inside the pitcher*...me a scien..Blaaaaarghh...offic...blaaaaaaargh...what is this shi..blaaaaaargh..oh my god! *falls on the floor* Dave...Jack!

Alexander Stone: Huh? Wha? Where?! *raises his head to look around himself* Ah f**k this...Dave?!

Benedict Williams: Who had this b-brilliant idea..t-to g-get ourselves drunk?!

Jack Aubrey: Shut up! I'm trying to sleep!

*Dave reached the Bar and near it, there was a small pressure injector with some neural stimulants to escape from the latent state"

*sound of injection* Dave : Ahh... that ... hurt ... oh my head... is boiling ! I need to give you these.

*Alexander was near the plant pitcher, Benedict dreaming... Jack lying on the floor and Dave came and injected the stimulants so they can reach at least their cabins to get some rest*

Dave: That... should ... do it.... oh god.. i am still drunk... i think i discovered the Warp Jump formula... neh its just the formula of the drink... oh .. i hope you make it to your cabins... The Bar was a good idea.... we abused it's.... powers.

*Lefts slowly the Bar, heading to it's quarter*

Jack started to briefly adapt again to the reality...

*He partially recovered from Dave's injection,he raised up and started to walk towards the door,but his drunkness was still notable,he hit the right piece of the door,before insulting one more time and heading towards..."the wrong" direction"..the Storage Area on Deck E-4*

**10 minutes later....**

Jack Aubrey: Argh! Damn!!

Artificial Deck Voice: We are glad to inform you that the Colonel wants to make an announcement in the tactical section.All available personnel is required to relinquish from their actual duty and head there at once.

*Meanwhile in the Tactical Section...*

Jack Aubrey: Lowe,holoprojector ready?

**Jack's thoughts were focused on what happened last night..and he was damn ashamed..*

Richard Lowe: We are ready,sir! The archive and the other data are ready to be projected.

**1 Hour later....**

The various members of the Cerberus Flagship started to rally up in the Tactical Section,they were curious about the announcement and some of them had the suspicion that the speech will be related to Planet Primus.Rumors that the Colonel got drunk last night spread all over the ship,but they didn't lost their trust in Jack,they knew that he was the best commander that they could have,well everybody needs to chill off sometimes they said,so they actually gained more morale when they knew that the commander didn't only drink tea and soda.

As they were speaking the announcement started,and an image was projected...

Jack Aubrey: Someone of you recognizes that zone?

The crew started to speak loudly debating on who was wrong and who was right,then someone raised his hand to recall Jack's attention.Jack aknowledged him to speak and throw him the microphone..

Nicholas van Dyke: I know that area,yes.That is the landing zone of the dig site where Alexander and Dave are investigating.So what's the matter?

*Silence falled on the group while Jack was about to speak..*

Jack Aubrey: Well the thing is simple.Dave discovered that Primus is very unwelcoming to those who have our DNA code.Various probes installed on the surface of the Primus revealed that a high ammount of radiation is being releashed from the the planet's core.But the negative effects on us can be annihilated by using an antidote/serum.Of course we don't allow any of you to go outside without the requested equipment.Well we were about to ask the Zoners to give us a zone of terrain near the equatorial line of Primus.Temperatures are warm and winter isn't that harsh as on Gammu,the only drawback is that we have some strange animals lurking around that zone in some caves and underground shelters.

**Jack recalled Lowe's attention to project the next image..**

Jack Aubrey: You may recognize the dig site entry in that photo,well you will probably ask yourself "And?"...well we will construct a base there with the authorization of the Zoners.The structure complex will extend for about 2 square miles with many related structures that will have different roles.

Jack Aubrey: Lowe,project the next image..

Jack Aubrey: *Jack pointed towards the field operation unit's commander* See that zone Ogle? The zone is about 3 miles away from the main complex,it will feature some structures to produce energy,like solar plants or geothermical stations on it.In the future you will secure that area until the dropships will come to land supplies and construction material.

James Ogle: Understood commander! But what about the radiation? The whole complex will be exposed to that high ammount of radiation.

*Meanwhile Alexander entered the room and started to speak...*

Alexander Stone: That is partially true.But the inner comparments of the various structures won't be exposed to that radiation.Only on the outside there will be the risk to contract "the disease".There is a problem though,the inhabitants of the planet,those animals,are rather aggressive,last time they assaulted our transport while me and Dave were about to land on the surface of Primus.The guards that camed with us managed to get rid of them immediatly,even if I feel a strange sense of remorse to attack those creatures,but even so,all measures are justified to advance Cerberus!

Amanda Blake: This is interesting,a base on a planet different from Toledo doesn't grieves on my mind,and plus this should be interesting.


Jack Aubrey: Before I go further on..I want a classic thing,under your chairs you will find a remote with two buttons.Press the green one if you are with me,press the red one if you aren't.

**2 minutes later...**

Jack Aubrey: Now we should wait for our main scientist,we need to know where he stands and what he has to tell us about regarding this matter.Then I will go further on with other informations.

*Jack and the other people in the Tactical Section were waiting for Dave..*

*Dave enters the room heading near Jack and Alexander, arranging his shirt, and starts to speak*

Dave : Greetings Jack, Alexander, fellow officers, I am sorry I am late a bit, deep sleep you know... *the audience started to laugh quietly*. The base that we want to construct here it's mainly an observation post currently for the intriguing archeological discovery I made with Alexander. Since you know the basis, i will go directly to the subject. From my point of view the construction is necessary but it can have some other risks. The construction can be difficult due to the age of the initial caves. There are minor seismic activities in the deep tectonic plates. This can be hard on the first steps on the construction but when we will reinforce the underground complex with titanium shells, it will be very safe. Regarding the radiation that many are wondering about, we could use some high intensity shields to protect us from full radiation damage. Two emitting pillars should cover the necessary area. And for the extra safeness we could use the new Power Armors i recently build. I have only 5 models for each Cerberus commander, but in 2 days a shipment from Livadia will come to the landing site on Primus. Still the shield and the armor wont get you enough protection so all the outside workers will be injected with a dose of Pleurax Serum. As I can say we should start the construction site as soon as possible, since it might be a major discovery. And we can find many secrets deeper since there is something more. Heat detectors found something last night. I just got the message about 2 hours ago...

*Goes near Jack and tells him to resume the speech*

Jack was listening to Dave's speech closely,he was intrigued about the new discovery that Dave and Alexander managed to make for Cerberus,the serum could not only help Cerberus,but the whole population of Primus.Even if the Cerberus "future" base was about at 542 KM west from the main Zoner settlement.When Dave finished his speech,he raised up and resumed his own part of the speech.



Jack Aubrey: Lowe. Go on with the next set of images.

*Lowe immediatly projected the next image...*

Jack Aubrey: The image that you see above me is a small scale model of the "future" Headquarters on Primus,the base will contain all of the necessary sections and of course a place where you can relax and train at the same moment.This will be the vital part of all the complex that we will build there.This main structure will be powered by a highly-capable ION generator,constructed in Liberty.The base will be outfitted with the latest tracking technology,a small satellite will be moored in orbit around the planet to monitor the area around the base if someone will try to assault it,the next obvious thing will be the landing pads on each side of the structure.Each landing pad can hold six very heavy fighters.If we proceed towards the interior of our future headquarter we can find a: mess hall,hangar,communication center,recreational center and of course with all the necessary things that I didn't mentioned.

*Jack recalled Lowe's attention to project the next image...*

Jack Aubrey: That array dish that you see will be the heart of our complex,the land headquarters will keep in close contact with the main space units.If something should happen to that dish we are stranded in space,without any kind of navigational data.Of course this could resemble as a serious drawback,but not quite...

*JA new image was projected...*

Jack Aubrey: Four automated defense batteries will be installed on the edge of the perimeter of the complex.These batteries are the equivalent of land "battleship" batteries.They will rip off any orbital or inland assaulter.They have a ILO-POINT tracking sistem with an incorporated Friend/Foe recognition sistem installed onboard.

Jack Aubrey: This will be the underground hangar that we will build after that the above mentioned structured will be build.The underground hangar will have four entry points and 4 exit points.This type of hangar,an idea of Alexander,extends for about 3500 meters in the underground.The hangar can hold 15 very heavy fighters,and bombers plus a limited number of gunboats.

Alexander Stone: I need to say that me and Dave managed during our researches of the cave to find valuable materials like metal,titanium and some deposits of deuterium.This discovery could help the small but effective fleet of Cerberus to develop and grow up rather fast without relying on the H-Fuel supplies from the Order,of course some small pump sistems will be required to extract the deuterium..

This structure will process all the deuterium incoming from the underground.And will eliminate all kind of impurities of the raw deuterium to then package it in some containers.The remaining Deuterium can be sold then to all the nearby Zoner bases on the Planet.

The deuterium based fuel will be then stored in this special magazine.The fuel will be then transported by some Gull Transports into orbit to refuel the main ships that can't actually make planetfall.

Jack Aubrey: Very interesting Alexander! Now Lowe project the next set of images...

Jack Aubrey: This will be the main structure where you can actually dwell.The structure will have about 340 rooms available,fully equipped like a Manhattan appartment.InfraNet and ExtraNet connections will be available.

Orders his XO to take temporary control of the Antares, grabs his Nephtys and flies towards the Terminus. Docks his fighter and rushes to the tactical section. Silently enters and picks a chair without being noticed. Listens to what others are talking, trying to understand their conversation.*
