As the Arms Licensing Department has said, we would like to see a few enemies of Bretonia put out of action as soon as you are able.
I would like to request you to put a bounty on independent pirates.
I could nowhere find independent pirates on you bounty list....(?)
And since i meet a lot of them pirating and killing miners.....(!)
I would really like to ask you very urgently to put a bounty on them.

'¢ Corsairs of the Benitez, Sails, TBH and HAF clans ONLY
'¢ ANY identifiable and hostile Kusarians (KNF/KSP/Hogosha/FA/Samura/Kishiro)
ANY identifiable and hostile Pirates caught in the act of piracy (guncam proof of id and evidence of piracy required)
I think that you will find in that claus that independant pirates are eligable for bounty claims. Also please note the proof required.
