I would *hope, that some we would get a Discovery FL2 Vannila Sever up and running for a little while until we get enough ideas on how to mod it. Then we would mkae a new mod and everything.

Yust something for you all to think about :

some of us here arnt that lucky if its about their computer, a FL2 would most likely be verry advanced graphic wise, and some people wouldnt be able to handle that ( i speak out of experience <.< )
meaning... those people will be left behind on a forum, with no server ( i take it that, this one will be taken down to make a FL2 server ) and way less fun playing the game.

I recon that a game like freelancer could never be properaly
sequaled and the sequal in all likelyness would be loved by
random people but a huge flop to all those who play the 1st game
anyway microsoft have no intention of ever realeasing any-
thing else for the game, the interveiw with the producer on
lancers reactor pretty much said that they were relying on the
modders to keep adding stuff, anyway dscovery is like a sequal
to the game just wihout a story line

Yeah, It's the community not the gameplay. If it were just gameplay I would be a EVE whore all the way. But if a FL 2 came out, I would stay with discovery and hopefully we could host two servers. One for FL2 and one for standard discovery. And I would RP on both as I am needed. Until Igiss or someone else could mod it....

I voted to stay with disco for 2 reasons;

1; I have a c***-arse compy that cant run anything except FL
2; I LOVE this place! Best G**-D*** mod I've EVER been on! Complements to Igiss and Admins that make this place better
