nope its a free font called cheap fire. the one above it is called queensland and the one on the left is called caribbean. theyre actually all free. it scares me how much time i can spend browsing font websites:P

I really like Dafont.com. betterfonts.com has lots of good stuff too. A page that i stumbled upon and have found very helpful is http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/. upload a screenshot of any font and it'll tell you what it is.

kinda hard to read, maybe use all green w/ a little white shine at the top istead of half and half? the scanlines are kinda spaced odd.
