Yeah made the background,with uhm...3 c4d renders,like 8 filters(distorts and blurs)
and at the end added a gaussian blur of 3,layer to lighten,and then a new layer,image,apply image,sharpen->sharpen

That's all D:
and ofc a few brushes with black and white to give some spots a more darker "feeling"
