Greetings. I am sure you are somewhat familiar with our work, as we have had many dealings with the Zoner people since we began. It would seem your open-mindedness and tolerance has opened the way for great scientific progress. We hope that this trend will continue, and so we have a proposition.
In exchange for funding our research, we will disclose all our findings to you (the Omicroners), and your associates. This will allow the Zoners to reap the full benefit of our research. It is only natural that you should hope to see some tangible benefits from such an arrangement, and so we offer them. After all, science without results is just witchcraft.
What you could expect to see in the near future:
Genetic augmentations that will increase natural survivability of colonists in harsh conditions
New options for colonization of formerly inhospitable planets
Tactical and physical advantages for station security personell
Revolutionary new technology for interstellar travel
Yes, we are prepared to deliver results on all of these very soon, and in the future far more. We understand your diplomatic situation is currently... less than ideal. We understand this could create some minor obstacles for our research, but we are prepared to take that risk. Perhaps the project we plan to unveil within a few weeks to months time will cause some of the miscreants to reconsider their positions? Only time and space will tell. We eagerly await your response.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we have received your kind offer gladly. Probably you already know how interested we are in any kind of new scientific horizons. We are not conquerors of the space around us but of knowledge which lies hidden still behind every little asteriod of Sirius, and very often within ourselves, so anything you can contribute to our own researches will certainly be appreciated very much by us.
We have to ask though how far your willingness to cooperate with us would go? How much can you provide, and how much would you be willing to share? We might reach our goals faster when sharing project results and new theories. Depending on your concrete offers - fields, deadlines, theoretical validity, prototype readiness, production rights - we would certainly be ready to participate in the funding of your researches.

We are pleased to hear that your goals and attitude towards scientific advancement are every bit as compatible with ours as we had hoped.
We are willing to cooperate fully, though we wish to remain in charge of our own projects. In terms of sharing, we intend to withhold nothing. Deadlines will vary depending on the project in question, though some are ready for field application immediately.
In the field of propulsion, we have completed the basic design for a prototype which should be discussed with your scientists on more secure channels. As for production rights, it is only natural that you should benefit, being that as researchers we have no means to mass produce advanced star ships, nor any reason to do so.
May this be one more step towards great achievements.
Greetings, ladies and gentlemen at Aperture Science. I'm speaking to you as the head of Corinth Research at the Omicroners organisation.
After a brief review of your breakthroughs and advancements, I must say your methodologies and findings are of most interest to us at Corinth. It seems that your group reguarly employ unorthodox strategies to achieve theories and acquire evidence which wouldn't normally be possible. I really admire your work. As other omicroners may have already mentioned, we're always on the competitive end for the latest scientific advancements. I can confirm that, throughout my career with the organisation, I've always been kept busy with continuous and rigorous cutting edge research which we believe will bring us closer to the next step in understanding the universe.
History and philosophy aside, I can say that Aperture Science is more than welcome to colaborate with the Omicroners and work together for a brighter future. Just to give you an idea of what field we at Corinth Research is currently working in, I'll upload astronomical data collected from our Project Urania - a long standing exploration project of the Omicroners. Please provide us with your data sets on the Edge Worlds and Nomad Worlds. From there, we can compare our charts and astrometrics for inaccuracies and misinformation. This would be the first step to our coorperation and will allow us to further investigate the capabilities of your organisation.

:APPLYING ENCRYPTION:
Thank you. we are sending our charts now, though our knowledge of this part of space is limited. We will also send information on our propulsion project. The implications are not readily obvious when examining technical data so here is a brief summary of it.
Humans see the universe in four dimensions or axis. Height(X), width(Y), depth(Z), and time(T). Though there may be many more, together they form the confines of the universe and the fabric we call space-time. Our current propulsion technologies move us around along those lines. Our theoretical drive systems use a rift or hole in that fabric. Imagine a wormhole, one hole at your location and another at your destination, you move through the entry hole and travel through a tunnel to the next. This is different. There is no conveniently walled tunnel to carry or even suck you through to the other end.
Once you enter the rift, you go beyond space and time. There is no right, left, up, down, or yesterday. An unimaginable void which renders you to a state of complete nothingness. You don't exist, never did, and never will. That was the generally accepted theory for years, and since theres nothing out there but "death" why would anyone possibly want to open a rift into it?
Because we can. After extensive experimentation we did it, and lo, something was there. Were not sure what, but we do know that we can open a rift to "outside", send an object in, close the rift and open another one to retrieve the object. That second rift can be anywhere in our universe. Meaning, with two gates a ship can go in one and exit the other, no matter how far apart those gates are in our universe.
Now take a breath, sip your tea and think about that for a moment.
Anywhere.
Think about the different axis again. X, Y, Z, and... T.
