Buenos dia honorable Elders. I'm, Ellias Fernandes, as commandant of Leon base have recived an order to cut all docking rights off from all Zoner vessels. I'm asking for limited access to our fortress for Freeport 5 Zoners. We are developing our relations in that complicated region of space, this cooperation allowing us to keep the Omega 41 under Empire's control and we are looking forward to keep this dialogue with Freeport 5 to esure the supply lines with Leon. Freeport 5 was not spotted spreading hostilities towards Empire and it's under control of Gran Canaria representatives.

Omega 41 is a critical region for Empire as a crossroad between Omegas and Omicrons worlds, our pilots are doing the best to hold the station in very difficult environment and we are in need of additional supplies to operate at full capacity.

I'm looking forward for you to accept my request as soon as possible.

I'm just wanted to point out that we are, at Leon base, are still waiting for answer for my request. Also, i want to add a Battleship Fes to that request since this is our key point in omega 47 entrance. We need supplies to go without delays that already could take place in the future. I hardly recommend to open these two bases for Zoner transport vessels from Freeport 5. I also have to add that our own transports and their fighter escorts are already have their docking rights granted to Zoner installation in Omega 41.

Also we'll be happy to see few transports dispatched to Leon base with new pilots and crew to change the current one on duty. We are waiting for 200 fighter pilots and 400 of engineering and support crew members in 2 weeks.
