I'm amazed with my brothers who speak from Yukon, instead of helping their brothers do with those who attack us. If I want war I never would have joined the Zoners, where I come from are so many that could become the largest export product.
We have never closed the channels of communication, we've tried by active and passive. The result is the same as talking to a wall, we talk, they shoot us.
I would laugh but it is to mourn, when Sairs and Core use the argument of our NFZ are used by others to attack them when Core did in FP11 against The Order and the same Sairs in FP10 against Outcast.

We have restricted docking rights against those who attacked our people, not announced a declaration of war - though no doubt it's the same to you. Regarding the Benitez, I was there during one of the first assaults upon Freeport 9 long before any Zoner launched attacks into Gamma. I saw your pilots shooting my people while defending my Freeport. But that's beside the point. You joined to fight alongside your bretheren. I spoke to members of your faction. They told me that the Black Sails were fools but that the Benitez supported them anyway because they are your bretheren. And for that you have my respect.

Freeport 9 will not allow anyone to use our station as a base of operations. Anyone who does will suffer consequences. Many Zoners are still interested in peace with Corsairs. But we can go only so low to get it.

The Anarchists attacked our supply shipments and bombarded our stations. Our Freeports were out of food for a few days and transports with access to food were afraid to travel into Gamma. So a good number of your people launched an attack on Freeport 9. What we see today is a direct result of that.

The Asgard Warriors? They ruled Theta with an iron fist. The people of Freeport 9 minded their own business. We bullied no one. We paid our taxes. We supplied what we had to your people. And when we asked for protection from terrorists so that we could safely deliver food to Gamma, we got bombed by a combined fleet of Corsair ships.

We sat watching the enemies fleets assemble before us at the Freeport, unchallenged for generations.
The final straw and we take action.

Are you amazed...really?
They understand what being a good neighbour is. They understand...how you gringo's say...how to 'get along'.
If you don't want war, then making decisions based on spurious logic is a sure fire way to be disappointed.
Based on appearances (and they may be decieving, I accept that), the people of Port 9 seem to be doing everything in their power to promote it, despite the repeated denials.

We responded to the attacks on our brothers in the Sails and Brotherhood by beginning an assault on the Outcast forces in the area.

And what happened? The Zoners---YOU!--- Who claim to be such good friends of the Benitez, turned as one and fired upon us, when we had no intention of firing a single shot at a Zoner vessel.

So yes, we were defending ourselves.

We want the esteemed Corsair Empire to do us a favour.

I would greet the Bounty Hunters Guildmaster and all, but his response is suitable for now, and there seems little point in responding to it.

Back to topic, I would like to request out of curiousity, what you did wish of us?

It seems you are so able to talk loudly and rapidly when it comes to burning us at a stake, but yet you fail silent as your brethren attacked out stations putting us in this situation. Unless of course, you condoned shooting us, in which case I see no reason for you jumping up and down now that a person you have beaten down has decided to stand up.

If we shot you, you would not let us dock at Crete. If you shoot us, we should let you dock at Freeport 9?

Surely, there has to be some line of equality. Unless you expect us to kowtow, in which case, see my aforementioned point about jumping up and down when a man you beat down stands up.

As for Mr Caudill, you abandoned us and sold us out. Believe me, I am sure a real Zoner will take you out soon enough. Of course, I could not care either way for your loss of profits or loss of life.

Anyway, back to the esteemed, reasonable, communicating-when-it-matters, Council of Elders, shoot us, and we cannot offer you docking rights. Do not shoot us, and we can offer you docking rights. Nothing has to do with offenses, traditions or grandmothers. We took reasonable steps to protect ourselves. If you shoot at our station whilst outside it, letting you in would endanger our security.

As for peace, you all seem over dealing for it. If you are, continue on this line. If you are not, talk.
