Greetings i spotted this El_Diablo in New york today.

I remember seeing this very bounty and decided to engage upon it.

Independent: Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters and Freelancers after registration...

Because You are member of Official Bounty Hunter Faction not Independent Bounty Hunter and Your person wasn't registered to claim that Bounty I'm afraid that payment cant be transferred to You...

I understand That Bounty Hunter Guild have contract with various organization in Liberty who actively hunting Piracy and this kill could be claimed on different bounty contract.

Hopefully this misunderstanding don't put a shadows on our relationship.
