Ok I have had enough. The next "so called" zoner who is not nor has not been here at FP9 since this all started blames us again I will punch them in the mouth!
I find it utterly astonishing that our own brothers believe the lies of a war mongering Empire who consistently attacks our ships before they would believe us or even have the balls to show up here and help out.
You sit there in FP 14 up there in the Yukon with no one around attacking you and you pontificate about how we are screwing things up down here! Telling us how to handle our situation here.
Yevan and others lost friends and family members due to the atrocities of these monsters and all you have to say is...it is our fault? That we should open up peace talks again?
Just so you all know I was here when the great abandoment negotiatior called Gabriel Caudill pushed his way into holding these talks. I was here when Elder Sephardi showed up. I was also here when he left and did not come back.
The last word was Gabriel was to talk with us and Elder Sephardi was going to talk with his people. Well, Gabriel, The Abandonater, said nothing to us for weeks. Sephardi never came back. I believe he was to be gone only a week. Well it has been alot longer than a week.
So you know what, if my fellow brothers who have worked their a***s off to fix this station, who have been betrayed yet again by Gabriel Caudill and his OSI, and who have been left holding the proverbial bag want to flip the Sairs the bird and tell them they cannot dock on FP 9....I say more power to them.
Because let me tell you all something, this is what the Sairs wanted all along. They never had any real intentions of negotiating. What this has become has given them the reason to do what they wanted from the beginning and that was to control Theta and build a base.

I do hope that the work done by the crews of Med Force One at Freeport 9 is holding up after getting systems back online and such. For now, I can't just sit back and do nothing in the light of recent events. I don't advocate a war but I also don't think that we as a people should tolerate being used for target practice. I personally have never been a soldier, at least, not in a cockpit nor will I try. I have also kept the eyes of TAZ facing the West, watching what I still believe is a great threat from Gallia. This is why I wish to resolve this. If we don't, all of us, Zoners, Corsairs, Bounty Hunters, everyone, will be easy pickings for a united front. I agree with what Aurelia DeFrance once said, "Sirius is ripe for takeover with everyone trying to tear each other's throats out."
So please, understand my reasoning, even if you may not agree with it. I would rather try and fail than to not try at all.
Used to be a time even before the ZDF when we had a little group called the Zoner Response Team.
Folks would drop everything to cross half of Sirius to help other Zoners in need. Behind that Response Team was a very basic theory: we are all brethren. Now some of the same people that were around back in the days of CoZ are saying "let the Zoners in the Omicrons stand alone. We don't care. We have OSI and TAZ tags, so the Corsairs won't touch us."
