I for one have always been impressed by the RR|
though in most encounters I had with them I was on their bad side,
their majority (at least the ones I've met) have always treated enemies with excellence, both inrp and oorp.
That's something I look up to, and many of us including me can learn from.

Since I don't know much about tech usage I don't have an opinion on it,
other then that the usage of sair tech (in the quantity mentioned here) is in line with their RP.

For the sake of balance I would like to see RR| hostile to the Hessians though , since in my opinion the anti Corsair click grew way too large over time.
InRP that would also make sense , for why would both Hessians and RR tolerate competition in their zone of interest.

It makes perfect sense for the RR| to hunt on Corsairs,
though I frown on Gamma raids in general.

Call me biased but in my understanding inrp a factions homeword should be too heavily guarded to raid.

Finally , unlike some people I have always been impressed with RR's roleplay and story.
I am unsure why exactly RR| wishes to become Official , for they function fine as it is, non the less they have my blessing for what its worth.
I'd say try to listen well to the criticism people post here,
and always remain open for advice and change.

Wait this thread just went up yesterday... and the faction activity tracker was added so soon?
Orbital Spa and Cruise, a vanilla group applied for this months ago and it didn't go anywhere, what is different here?

Faction or not, this pirates make more raid/plunder activities then the others. They do it in well organised packs. They cover bounty zones that BHG is not covering well. They declare their intentions in right pirate manner (call me oldfashioned, but that's what I expect from a pirate). They ambush. If overhelmed, they simply run away (well, in most of cases). They grab, they kill and rape (sometimes in that order), but they never actually offend people. They will take someones money, but not his/her dignity. I was traveling in my escape pod a lot because of that Rorry self proclaimed king, but I never felt dishonored because of that. I saw traders paying double just because they had fun while robbed.

The fact IC is offering 10mio for each of their heads speaks for it self (kudos to IC, I hope more companies will put fat rewards for |RR).

Of course, having that Scorpio they can dream about. Cute, but no-no.

ps: I don't support the cruiser thing. Doesn't make much sense, you are basically renegates, stay so. This trend that every faction and their mom must have capital ships otherwise they are not special is starting to get annoying.

Please write your idea regarding tech here.. there are more people interested to know what you are thinking, me in the first place, but also others.

The concept of tech cells is two steps away at this point. First we would have to become official, then receive our own ID, only then would we see where we stand at that time and make a judgment on our cells. What you're asking is for me to tell you whats ahead in a road that branches off in many directions; I don't know exactly whats ahead. If you look at the order we have our tech listed though, you can grasp a vague idea of what we have available and what would be used. The -same- vague idea |RR has themselves.
