Body: Good day, mister Yamada and SCS committee.[indent] A lot of time passed since we have that promising contact and debates in Omicron Delta. Many things changed and now, as a Freeport One administrator I have a request to Sirius Capitalistic Society. At the moment we're working on reconstruction of several modules and rebuilding of local stock centre and trade floors. The whole reconstruction project requires several month and like 430'000'000 Sirius Credits of investment.

Currently due to successful completion of several contracts with Cambridge, Stuttgart and Omicron Supply Industries we were able to finance the first stage of the construction, but like 200'000'000 Sirius Credits will be required to complete the work in time. I would like to suggest Sirius Capitalistic Society to provide the station's administration a loan as agreed on C2.4 contract. I'm also sending project documentation via Sk1-P3 channel.

Yeah I heared of the damages on Freeport 1 but I thought the damages were already completly repaired.

Your Loan will be granted of course. I will contact you here as soon as I've got the contract done.

Also it would be a pleasure if you allow me to meet you at Freeport one.

I'm interested to take a look at it.

It is a long time ago since my last visit there.

Also I would like to discuss some other things with you.
