perfect....im totaly for ressurection of the WRF, omega 7 was boring without you. Just try also to RP with the other side of the wall. Becouse from my experience you RPed just with all lawfuls, but with unlawfuls: "Hessian leave", or even metagamed when you saw that some well-known unlawful just jumped to o 7 from the players list.

thank you for the good point. it is a fine line between well rp and pewpew and in omega 7 the clocks go faster, one have not enough time, often, to rp well, but we will try out our best to increase our rp. thank you Vrabcek

I'm glad the WRF are returning, as I said to Andreas over Skype. Omega-7 could do with some lawful presence that isn't AI cruisers defending OMS miners. However, I don't think barring people from your faction just because they're also in, for example, VF is a good idea. As Jansen and others have said, it is invaluable to have experience from the other side of things. You see how they do things, so it helps you do your jobs better.

And as Linkus said, it's been tried and it hasn't worked out. No factions do that sort of thing, at least none that I've seen.

Jarl, i appreciate your presence in Omega 7 very well, Tom as well.

ok in the Beginning of the WRF we handeled it the same way, no members shoot each other, and to avoid and preventing this, you cant be in a hostile faction at the same time when you are in the wrf. so only a full hand of players were in the wrf, but that was fine for us, cause we knew, that no one try to kill their own poeple with another char. sorry, maybe this worked not in the past, but we will handle it so, even if that means, that we cant get new members or lost a bit of activity in future. My ex Wild Dragons Members an me are quiet ready for this duty and we know how the "other side" (unlawfull side) in Rheinland rp'd and we will see to what it leads. but iam pretty sure, it will work fine. ;-)

easy to say: if you are a Red Hessian you cant join the WRF, either... or. but not at the same time, this wont work and it annoyes.

Well this is not exactly true. We have a simple major rule: WRF member can't attack WRF ships with his other character, if it possible. Everyone can be member of any faction including those unlawful factions what we can meet, simple he must avoid these "accidents", if it possible. Of course there are some situation when shooting each other is allowed, example self defence but we try keep this on the lowest level.

And you are not different as you see:)you ban that who (in)directly let you die, we ban who directly cause our deaths. We have this rule, thats all, everyone can make decision he accept it or not.

What I'm worried about is that you might expect the same behavior from the factions with which you interact. That is why a certain few of your members previously came to detect a personal offense when RM members attacked them on their RRA characters. Taking personal offense and hostile intentions in a simple pvp scenario is something I definitely want to avoid.

Note that the factions in-game are hostile to each other, not the players who partake in them. I myself switched sides in an RM event when the opposing force was in minority, not once.

Also, I understand that your group is based on cohesion but refrain from using the RM as an opposite, negative example since we don't do that with the WRF either, especially when your point is reliant on an assumption not a fact. That's something I told Andreas when approving the concept of the new WRF.

No, I used RM just as an alternative. There are different rules than in WRF thats all, who dont like WRF's rules, he can try the RM.
