Need a new rule.

We need a rule stating that you can't enter a faction's system land on a planet and say repeatedly that I'm not gonna leave I don't have to and you can't make me. Then they just sit on the planet for hours and don't undock to fight for the system to try to fight us off or to lose and leave.

This happened once when the -=?=- where here and is now happening again and I'm sick of listening to people bragging because they can camp on a planet just to get their way.

Listen here Dab I wasnt sitting on a planet. I was near Tripoly and was doing missions. And if u pretend for RP than the zoners have no place in gamma, especially trying to rule it.

Ok, semi-rant mode = on:

First off, as far as I know the "You are part of a real Freelancer Faction" thing hasn't been put in, but will be put in for the next update (Correct me if i'm wrong, please).

Second, planet camping does nothing. Someone could sit at say... Mactan (The temporary HQ of the Phantoms BTW) all they wanted, saying that they've taken it from the Phantoms. So? It's doing them no good to sit there, and i'm not affected by them talking.

Third, there isn't anything that you can do to stop it. Face it, if someone wanted to sit on a planet/station all day long and be an ass about it, let them. They can't stop you from landing and they get raped as soon as they launch anyway.

What's the f*cking problem!?

If you let people do that everyone else will think they can get away with it. Thats why when i tell them to leavce and they don't they end up with me as an enemy. And of course I shoot them every chance I get.

Dab, your overreacting. There is no need for a rule like this. If someone won't leave, you have two choices: Waste your time waiting, or make him think your still there and go elsewhere in the system.

I for one, will be very much AGAINST this rule.

This puts a HUGE burden on the Admins to have to forcefully remove them from the base in question and put them elsewhere.

This kind of rule *CANNOT* be enforced, dab, without Igiss or Me sitting in front of the server 24/7 so absolutely not.

Stop complaining FFS...

Dab , next time if you try to push my obsessed dark charachter out of a purely pirate system , which is included in my RP as a unnaturally evil and his friends are all pirates, (Now if I can say something in Dabs style) : please leave things behind after the first several kills. Tonight I got bored again of killing you. And you always found explanation , for example - lag , bug , lag , bug...
And if we are going to RP you better be friendly with corsairs - not hostile as I saw, to say that gamma is your system - at least that will make it more belivable.
And another thing - there is no bug with the missles. I will post my results of the testing.


P.S. O.K. after "begging" for a fight half an hour and serching the forum to show me "that" rule where it says that i can't stay in your system and do jobs against BH , which I consider not only making $$$ but RP also (helping the corsairs clean their system-last night they were with 12 BS and 40 BH fighters less in their system).And what I got finally when I answered your "call" - first time you killed yourself with your own nova, after the crusial last seconds I succeeded to lower your shield, claiming that this dosen't count(to me it does - you died by your mistake and my fire upon your shields). And the second time you died by my cannonball - this time telling it was a bug(Not to mention that in the beginning While i was docking from a successful mission u dock-raped me to 30% hull).

And everytime we meet you talk bout your bounty.Oh and again you sayed that our fights are RP not PvP so i don't get any money...
I leave the comments to you...I know you always have lots of them...

We tried talking to him saturday afternoon/night (depending on your time zone) and he refused to listen, I told him several times that me (as my Phantom character) and [Phantom]micro weren't gonna leave right that second as we were doing missions and still he insisted that we leave, he even started a count down of about 3 minutes.

If you want a new rule Dab how about this one:-

Omicrons Alpha and Gamma cannot be claimed by any faction for any purpose, this would include RP.

This way the PIRATES can actually do missions and get some money without trading and being ordered to leave.

Influence zone is not your property Dab, you and other AW members can try to force enemies of AW to leave, but it's only 'try to force'. Not admin's job.

If anyone is so stupid to stay on planet for hours, let him/her - what's wrong? Cowards die, but more appear :)
