I came across these guys at West Point, where they were picking on a Liberty gunboat. The gunboat exploded before I could get stuck in. When I did jump in however, I tore up Deathadder and let Mehelya run back to momma with a message that Barret doesn't take too kindly to seeing Xenos in his home.

It has been brought to my attention that some feel I have dealt a little too harshly with a Congressman who was caught smuggling in Liberty. Let me just say this. He is still breathing, therefore I have not dealt with him nearly as harshly as I should have. He not only brought shame and disgrace upon the Congress, but he placed every Junker in Liberty at risk. Do you think for a moment that the burden for this incident will rest only with him? Why do you think such an outrageously high fine was levied on a captain who obviously cannot afford to pay it? It is quite simple, because he is a member of this faction. If he is unable to pay they will simply shake down the faction. Believing that they can hold the faction accountable for his actions they now believe they can simply ask for any amount they want. This will not stand. If this captain cannot pay the fine, he will be driven from our ranks and become a disgrace among Junkers.
Let this serve as a warning to the rest of you. I know that times are tough and you are dealing with a level of harassment not seen in quite some time. That will not excuse such actions. You come see me before you resort to something like this. Do not become another embarrassment to this Congress.

Apparently there was great wisdom in Vladimir Tinkerbell's decision to break ties with Gallia. The Gallic Royal Police do not seem to want us in Gallia at all. They stopped some of our ships today. They were offered all the cargo. They were offered money. They made it apparent that all they wanted to do was destroy our ships. This is a situation that is just not going to work out. Effective immediately, Gallia is off limits to the Junker Congress. We will have no further dealings with them in any way.

Please take a look at this transmission. As you all well know, there is no way possible by any stretch of even the most vivid imagination that someone flew this freighter all the way from Malta to Rochester. Someone gave him that cargo somewhere along the way. It is also most curious that a ship that ill powered made it past the Navy without being vaporized.
Those of you who have flown with me in the old days know that I invented this scam. Who are they trying to fool? I want all the information you can gather on this Rhino as soon as you can get it. Get out there and hit the streets as they say.

I scrounged up myself one of these very ships a while back, for AI targeting and the like. The thing flies at 395m/s, quicker than any heavy fighter in Sirius. Heavy fighters much like what the Liberty Navy utilize.
Further more, when not in cruise my shoddy auto-targeting was able to take down that ship mighty quickly, due to it's rather meek armor ratings. Why anyone would fly that from Malta to Rochester is beyond me.

I missed that the first time, but you have a good point. If a Rhino can cruise that fast, how did a naval fighter ever manage to follow it all the way from California to Rochester? Makes you wonder doesn't it?
