I have been in direct communication with the head of the Bretonian Police Authority. He agrees with me that the case against Congressman Schultz has not been proven, but also feels we should pay Schultz'€™s fine to make the whole thing go away. He feels we should do this because things can be made very painful for us otherwise. I'€™m not taking this. They asked me to investigate and I did. If they want to arrest Schultz and put him on trial so be it.

I'€™m asking the rest of you to be VERY careful in Bretonia. Don'€™t provoke them. Stay off the radar as much as you can. They are looking for you and they are out to get you. I want you to document ALL business transactions and contracts. Keep it clean in Bretonia. They have no justification to take action against other Junkers. Don'€™t give them any.

Congressmen,

A salvage frigate was destroyed today in the Kyushu system. The ship was not carrying any cargo and cooperated fully with the KNF vessels that stopped it. The captain of the ship stopped engines and surrendered to the approaching forces. They destroyed the ship anyway claiming they had orders from the emperor to do so.

The Junker Congress has had disagreements with the Kusari Government, but we have always respected them as the legitimate authority. There were no illegal activities going on here'€¦'€¦.at least no illegal activities being carried out by Junkers. Just before it was destroyed, the salvager sent a transmission to one of our agents in Honshu with some interesting pictures from the Kyushu system. As soon as these pictures have been analyzed we will post more information on this incident. Apparently the Kusari emperor himself has now given orders that Junkers are to be shot on sight even when they surrender. We can no longer assume that the Kusari government will act honorably during these encounters. Please use extreme caution.

A team at Yanagi has analyzed photo and video evidence from three different sources operating within Kusari to confirm that there was some sort of meeting in Kyushu between the Rheinland Military and the Kusari Navy. We have no information about the nature of this meeting. Apparently we missed the height of it. We have received reports of several RM vessels in the Kyushu system, but there was no evidence provided to back up this reports. Nevertheless, one of our salvage frigates and a vessel from the LSF were both destroyed in Kyushu. I don't know fully the nature of the LSF ship's destruction but I know that our salvage frigate cooperated fully and attempted to surrender before its destruction. I can only conclude that the KNF did not want anyone to find out about this little meeting.

As we do not know the nature of this meeting, no conclusions can be drawn at this time. However, it does appear that there is a deal being struck between the houses of Kusari and Rheinland, and it is a deal they will kill to defend. All Junkers should exercise the highest caution when travelling in Kusari and Rheinland.

Today was a dire day indeed.

An open attack on our soverign system of Puerto Rico by, of all things, an pair of independent warships and a traitorous Junker.

We were notified of system incursion by the automated defense systems as a Spyglass class Lane Hacker battleship flown by an unknown independent crossed our jumphole sensor array.

-There, the VR-VCS-Metropolis of the former Vagrant Raiders who are thought destroyed and scattered was met by the Rogue Scylla, the Maelstrom, captained by Evangeline McDowell, and her lapdog, Billy.Xae, a Junker who obviously gives his fealty to Eva over the well being of his fellow Junkers.

-They were confronted by myself onboard the Wake, while other Congress troops made muster and headed towards 'Rico at best speed.

-The Metropolis was asked to vacate the system as Puerto Rico law clearly does not allow non-Junker warships in soverign space.
-Aside from this vessels refusal to budge, The slug-like captain of the Maelstrom issued threats of attacking everything in the system, and attempting to take it over.
-Her Junker lackey, Billy.Xae, when pressed, refused to work in the interests of all Junkers everywhere who would like a free and safe system, and sided with the agressors against our homeland.

-All this while our numbers swelled, Junker and Congress craft poured into Puerto Rico, but alas, we are workers and scrappers, smugglers and traders, not warlords, and our utilitarian hardware was no pairing against the naked agression of these hardened war vessels in our space.

-After a number of threats, both specific and vague were issued by the collected invaders at the assembled Congress fleet, The Maelstrom opened fire upon the weakest of our fleet, the working-class Salvagers, destroying two of them in short order.
-Those who could, made to escape to Vieques and Arecaibo, as well as the Texas and Humboldt jumpholes, or engaged in earnest, knowing full well thier effort was futile, but necessary in the face of such insolence and invasion.

These war crimes can not stand, Congressmen. They are rooted in the purest evil and arrogance.
However, we have not the hardware nor the intent to wage an all-out war against terrorists who stand boldly inside a protected Guard system and attack it's inhabitants.

This Junker traitor, Billy.Xae needs to be brought up for tribunal, preferably in chains or dead.
Evangeline McDowell, the Maelstrom, and all McDowell company craft need to be banned from ANY access to ANY of our assets at ANY time, and my suggestion would be to follow suit with the VR-VCS=Metropolis.

Today at least two Junker vessels were destroyed by ships owned by Evangeline McDowell. I'€™ve seen enough and heard enough from those of you involved in this including Miss Evangeline herself. She has been trying to provoke us for a long time and this is the end. From this point on Evangeline McDowell and all ships belonging to the McDowell company fleet are to be denied quarter at all Junker bases. You will not let them dock. You will not let them moor. Any hostilities are to be documented and reported to the Congress. Eva has made it quite clear she only wants to do her own thing and has no interest in the welfare of other Junkers.
