Yeah, Samura own the FA, not the Hogosha. The Hogosha should be free to pirate Samura if they wish. Shouldn't be sanctionable.

I am biased about this and even as a BDS member.

Sure I dislike seeing everyone mounting Samura ID on their ore transports so they don't get into problems in Kusari with Hogs.

But on the other side it prevents serious diplomatic issues with indies who could easily forgot who is making ships for them.
