When the fool heard his friend died he stopped and cooperated, I questioned him and he said they where bringing the weapons to Fuchu Prison, he begged to live so I let him go, I might have taxed him but he seemed too poor, besides I though it's not the first time they let Dragons and Chrysanthemums escape from prison, more weapons would do only good, he learned his lesson, next time I won't be so merciful.
And he has stolen from us, I found 10 artifacts in his cargo hold, which I recuperated and returned them where they belong to.

Then, not very long after, I spotted a GC women in Tohoku, she was smart enough not to get close, she posed interest in the Arch, so I tried luring her close to catch the fish but she was smart, she refused to come so I went to her, when she saw me on her scanners she run away, smart, but cowardly.

Yesterday, a fool:I told him to stop for a routine scan but he tried running for an trade lane.
I disrupted the lane and stopped his ship and scanned him, he was carrying nothing illegal, on that moment I asked him why he tried escaping for no reason. He didn't answered, then I taxed him 100K for disobeying orders and tried running away but he refused to pay, the lane reactivated and tried escaping again so I stopped his ship...permanently.

I encountered two Rotakian ships in Omicron Iota, if they where under very heave drugs or it was a side-effect of their experiments is a total mystery to me but they both where convinced that I was once their master.
The one called Kirov tried to kill me without hesitation, the other one who seemed to be an Ace called D'Nroy was less aggressive but kept begging me to return to Rotakia...I had no words for their behavior but given the circumstances I felt necessary to protect our sacred home so I killed them...shortly after and GB class Kusari exploration vessel showed up, I promised all of them I will give them the way back and so it was:
