And thus the death of Gold mining, which signals the death of Dublin and Mollys, and the overall death of Bretonia itself.

Uhm...hm...well, I must say this is a bit problematic.

Being the leader of the GMS, I must say that having the mining off presents an issue. Most of our in-game roleplay is centered around mining, of all things. The mining, the transporting, collection, the pirates coming and stopping by to take said ore. Kinda drives things. And on top of that, piracy begets lawful activity, begets...things.

The future of my faction is incredibly affected by this, so it's a little troubling. Especially since trading in Gallia is nonexistant, so it's not like we have something else to do with our time now.

I don't usually Q_Q, I'm usually good at rolling with the punches. But, uh, I kind of have an invested stake in this, and I can assure you that the behavior issues aren't a result of my faction. I suppose this is the Zoner in me being upset for having to deal with the consequences of other people's misbehavior.

It's ironic, too, because we were just getting the gang together to go our and do some mining, of all things.

Welp, guess there's nothing to do now but go to my corner and brainstorm a bit.

[color=#FFFFFF]No really why kill the mining? Kill the idiots destroying it, I feel for Dutch now...I really do. Some people mine and don't cause problems so why don't we put a bit more Admin efford and elliminate the wicked instead of just depriving everyone of their mining

People will indeed fine something to Q_Q about.

Mining (some of the people doing it) was the thing people Q_Qed about the most.

I would quote Sov, but it would mean I would have to dig through the forums, so I shall paraphrase:

"If you look for Q_Q you will find Q_Q; If you look for fun, you will find that too. I choose to look for fun."

I laughed so hard I woke up my parents.

The Admins are saints, and while you're at it, make the Order IDs private, see if the behavior in the Omicrons improves too. (sun)

Quote:Unfortunately I expect the mollies, img and gms are pretty much stuffed now.

And BMM, and Bowex, and kreuger, and just about half the trading factions in the game. disabling mining shuts down 3 factions outright and screws over half of FL's RP. I truly hope this is merely a "trial" meant to teach the community a lesson (whether that is just or not is a question for the community itself) because, frankly, it's not gonna work.

But hey, if you're taking suggestions to improve behavior, here are a few:

1. Make the order a faction ID.
2. Nerf the Isis into firing justice Mk 1's.
3. Delete the New York system.

With any luck, this and the deletion of mining should make FL a far more enjoyable experience.

What do you think happened before the mining mod?

People traded. Get used to it like we did before Dusty made the mining mod.

So uh. Good Behavior = No Mining. Bad Behavior = Yes Mining?

How exactly is that incentive for behavior to improve?

Erm... I also have to say, have you considered how many factions you're killing off?
