The ship has been set aside for your man and he will be allowed to pick it up once you complete the current bounty pool. Further technology exchange will be discussed later on.

I think it's been a while since the last time we've contacted you. I'd like to point you to our debriefing channel, where you can see that I took a personal interest in making sure those miners are hunted down without rest. But we have now reached a point where they are afraid of us: so afraid, they won't even hit the mining fields any more.

As such, I am here to see if you would reconsider the terms of our agreement. You already know what I want, now the question is what you want. Maybe expanding the list of valid targets would go a long way in helping both our groups.
