Pushed a shift this time. (I felt like typing something different.)

Split shift. Half an hour or so in the morning. Half an hour throughout the day. An hour+ at night.

Mostly questions about mining. A really weird question about jump gates, which really got me thinking.

Made a mistake in advice because I was tired, but I quickly corrected it. (Obviously, you can transfer credits between characters.)

Helped someone with a route, and helped set someone up with their first transport. (A gull.)

Advised people about RP and OOC in system chat. Most listened. Some did not.

Also, thank you to Doc, who came in and dealt with some of the things. Really appreciated the lightening of the load and dealing with rule-breakers.

Penpen relieved me again, which I am grateful for.

Torqued another shift yesterday.

Split shift, got one whenever I could during the day. Couple of hours all up.

Silent for the most. Same old questions about mining. Seems to be dying down.

Asked questions about how to get to one place, and where to buy a new ships. (Freighters and the such.)

Got many tech chart questions surprisingly. I had to double-check a few myself.

That is about it.

Twisted a shift today.

Fell asleep stupidly.

Probably two hours all up.

Helped someone on faction creation questions and explained to others why local chat was down and why the server was so buggy.

Cannot remember much else, as I fell asleep between shifts and I am old enough for my memory to fail me. XD.

Talked to Bear on Skype. Always important for an Angel message dump.

That was it.

Pulled a brief shift either early this morning or late last night. I forget which. Possibly both.
It was incredibly quiet for the most part. I even bought a needle, and dropped it repeatedly.

Helped out a player with chat commands, and applied my complete lack of technical knowledge in an attempt to assist another, who was stuck in Omicron-92. Thankfully, he knew what he was doing better than I did and got out of there.

'till next time folks!

May you live in interesting times.

Time to pull this dump back up. (Just like I pulled a shift today.)

One hour, maybe one and a half.

One question about nomad lore which I re-directed to Akura, since I have no clue about what morphs are meant to do. (I guess I know where my weakness is, and I better catch up on it, since I cannot expect others to explain things all the time.)

Another question about ID's. Answered and helped someone pick an appropriate one.

Two accidental invites. Apparently my character name has a popular string.

That was about it. Pretty quiet. Hopefully that means everyone is doing well.

Oh yes, we have a roll call.

Just pulled a half-hour shift, before Server crashed.

Helped a guy with Proper IFF and ID.

Helped one that was wondering how he could join players factions.

And Another one that was asking me why people weren't letting him say:D:D:D in system chat.

Uhh Yeah, guess that's it.

Before pulling my first 2 hour shift as an Angel, I really didn't know what to expect. It was actually pretty close to what I've been doing before joining The Angels. So, I jumped right in and filled the shoes quite well.

Today, I was able to help 5 players. They mostly had ID and mining questions/issues. One pilot had ID and finance problems. He was trying to transfer funds to another character to delete his current one. Unfortunately, his current character was not on long enough to use the /givecash command. I informed him that it would be best to land on Erie and wait or change his ID. He took my advice and landed. Fortunately, a few minutes later he was able to transfer his credits. It was a good day.

I would like to thank all of my fellow Angels by allowing me to join your ranks.

You could say that the heat was turned way up in Bretonia.

While waiting by Manhattan, I notest a gathering of BAF and other related ships in Leeds. There were no known Kusari ships or other threats in the system. So, I proceeded to check it out. When I arrived my scanner picked up multiple capital ships and other misc. Bretonia ships near Planet Leeds. In the middle of it all was a Corsair Gunboat with a Bowex IFF, odd. I took some scans of the ship and found Corsair Turrets, GRN missile turret, and a freelancer ID to top it off. After a minute of watching the BAF interrogate this pilot, I proceeded to contact the pilot on private channels with no response (probably do to the mass comm traffic). Soon, after one of the BAF pilots contacted me privately and asked if I tried contacting the the freelancer pilot. I let him know that he hasn't replied to my messages. The BAF pilot continued by asking if I wanted to talk with the freelancer pilot privately in a quite place. I replied, "Yes, please." The BAF pilot proceeded to cool the situation by asking his squadron of ships to back away and allow the freelancer to follow me. In private, I asked the freelancer to follow me to Magellan to talk about the situation. I figured the best place to talk was in an asteroid field. After a few minutes, it was clear that he had never read the rules or the tech chart. I explained to him why the BAF was giving him such a hard time when he had a freelancer ID. In the end (because he had to leave so soon), I let him know that he should look at Discoveryfl/wiki and Discoverygc for rules, tech chart and other important things he needs to know. I wish he had time for me to help him physically to fix his character right then. I may just check up on him at a later time. He fell through the cracks, but we can help pick him up.

Few, that was less than a hour. I'm sure there will be more situations like this one in my future.

Just pulled an one hour shift.

Helped 4 players.

One was asking me if there was any code that can leave order as full green.

One was asking about the forums.

Told a guy that spamming smiles in system chat was not allowed, and that it was a roleplaying server.

And one guy that was asking me how to shoot.

Uhhh, yeah that's it for now.

Also Kudos to the benitez that PMed me thanking the angels and helping the newbies.

Ok, that's all for now.
