If this were flood I'd have said bounty on [Angels]. But since we're serious:
Really depends on what you want. Myself I sometimes goof off with a merc Armored Transport, offering services as scout and light hauler in one, or just blasting random NPCs for the fun of it.
150M buys you a good gunboat, any kind, if that's your thing. It's probably enough for a secondhand destroyer or lighter CAU4 cruiser.
Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.
Mostly retired Discovery member. May still visit from time to time.
Fund events.
Buy a Cau 5 gunboat
Buy a codename fighter (6 excaliburs on a Bastet for maximum expense).
Buy overpriced RP cargo (liquid cardi, derelict nomad artifacts).
Make shared ships for your faction (if you're in one).
Buy graphics (signatures, transmission bars).
Buy a cheap cruiser.
Buy a beasty transport.
Arm the residents of Pennsylvania.
Get sanctioned.
To be honest, I would suggest tucking some of it away, and spending some on a signature. They just look nice. And other people make stuff in ways you would never expect. So, put 50 away, spend 100 on a contest. 70 million for winner, 20 for runner up, 10 for second runner up. More people are inclined to work that way, knowing they have a larger chance to get something.
But then again, getting another trader is never a bad thing, either. Throwing one up in Gallia (/restart Gallia is good to get an IDF ID) would be a really neat thing. There are 2-3 adequate trade routes there, and it's pretty fun up there, all things considered.

[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
write in sys chat:
"150 millions for free!"
then watch peoples reaction.
if they believe you are going to give money ask them how to decide whom to give those money, and watch their reaction again.
it is fun
