After the BLS bank/other source has given you around 5-10 million;
1.Buy a neutral ID at Manhattan
2.Go to Rochester, buy the Junkers bribe.
3.Go to Buffalo, buy the Outcasts bribe. You can often buy 2 Outcast bribes at the same base, which will increase your reputation enough to acquire your tag.
4.Fly through in this route; New York->Texas->Bering->Hamburg->New Berlin->Frankfurt->Munich->Sigma 17->Omicron Theta->Omicron Alpha
5.Dock with Malta. Buy a Sabre and an Outcast ID. Outfit your ship however you wish.

Desired Character Name: Are we going to stick with Spanish names or does that matter? Just want to know so I know how to set up my name and such.
Past experience with Discovery, Freelancer and RPing: Been on Disco for a few months now. Before that I was a clan leader and then Server Admin on the Tekagi's Treasure server, for a long time I might add... I have a lot of experience RPing, and a lot of experience in both SP and MP FL.
Complete Character List (BLS or not): 3 TBH chars (Venganza, Corsario, and Pantera) 1 RM char (Wilhelm.Kaiser) and 1 RepEx char (313 - which I hardly ever use)
Xfire Name (Optional): Don't use Xfire.

You are approved. Everybody, try and post your applications in public forums for easier archiving and viewing.

Due to your extremely high RP experience, you are immediately appointed to the rank of Master. This makes you jointly 2nd in command of the BLS along with another, to be confirmed recruit. You have permission to speak for the BLS in diplomatic and political matters unless the Grand Master overrules you and use any ship up to cruiser/destroyer level.

The standard ship for your rank is an Outcast Destroyer. I suggest you maintain a "personal fighter" account and a "flagship" account, each with a different name. If you require funds, [BLS]-Bank will be ready to meet you in New York most times of the New Zealand day.

This faction interests me a great deal. I will be applying with my current Outcast character, Alejandro Velez, as he is more interested in protecting Outcast interests rather than assaulting Corsair space.

Desired Character Name: Alejandro Velez, currently pilot of a Sabre and a Rogue Gunboat (Wyvern and Swallow, though those names or ships may be subject to change, especially the gunboat).

Past experience with Discovery, Freelancer and RPing: Beat single-player Freelancer several years ago, been playing on Disco (my first experience with online Freelancer) since June. Many years of table-top and online (play by post) roleplay experience.

Due to your experience with RP, and the fact this faction is building up it's chain of command, you are instantly promoted to the rank of Underboss. This entitles you to command lower ranking BLS members and use any faction allowed ship up to a gunboat. The standard capital ship for your rank would be a Dragon Gunboat or a Rogue Gunboat.

Past experience with Discovery, Freelancer and RPing: I've had Freelancer for a loooong time, I beat single player a few times, and used to play on the TFL server (on the TFL server I was in a trader clan). I joined the Discovery server recently, just getting my first character to level 40, and was looking at possibilities for a smuggling char when I saw this and decided to apply.
Complete Character List (BLS or not); zapp_evn is my only char, he flies a Blood Dragon heavy fighter and is friendly with the Outcasts and all their allies. Oh, and my ship's name is and shall always be Serenity.
