If numbers are low we may allow indies to join in. However, the problem is that [LN] is already more active than [HF] as a faction (though both are quite active), and in terms of indies, [HF] has none whereas [LN] has possibly the most on the server. Show up in a Defender or Patriot if you want, and if things aren't too bad you can join.
