I have ignored this whole thread so far, it is a non issue and not worthy of debate really in my mind. So far as I see it, someone is complaining that the Liberty Forces are doing their jobs.

Dab hit the nail on the head, Unselie made a great an logical suggestion.

Now if you will excuse me I will go back to my Thai noodles now.

If you have no NPCs and your allies have no NPCs there, unless you are the Angels, LSF, Phantoms or Coalition, you shouldn't be there outside of an RP event. Corsairs could conceivably be given an exception due to smuggling, but beyond that, they have no interest in taking down Liberty, who is, so to speak, the enemy of their sworn enemy.

But its ok for LSF to come to gamma? funny i cant remember seeing any LSF , Liberty navy anywhere near there.

The LSF shouldn't be in Gamma, since they wouldn't know about the headquartering of the Corsairs or Outcasts. If they did, the Navy could come banging on their doors and blasting them to smithereens.

Don't think anyone ever said that they should be allowed. Heck, if I saw LSF in Gamma, I'd even ask an admin if that would be allowed..

BTW, to whoever it was that asked why AW were in Gamma, forgot who you were but; Do you ever see any AW in Gamma since the war? Also, there ARE Zoner NPCs near the Theta JH in there. There are also Zoner NPCs in Kappa and Delta. Thats both sides of Gamma. They are also in Alpha, Tau-37, 23, 29, 31, Sigmas 17, Omegas 41, 11, 5, 7, 3, 47, and 49, Kepler, and Bering. Another; We aren't flying around to fight people, Corsairs want to go to Liberty for the only reason of ATTACKING them.

Also, on the subject of defense of Zone-21 and the NY JG in Alaska; I could mod in some battleships. It'd be fully within RP.

No it's not OK for the LSF to come to Gamma, but you have to expect it if the Corsairs keep attacking Liberty.

Hmm i feel like posting here again, a very interesting thread this is. only posting because im extremely bored:P..

Anyways, i don't have a problem with corsairs escorting their smugglers, i do however have a problem with cruisers and battleships rampaging through new york, looking for an excuse to pvp. There is really no need for it.

About zone 21, i don't see a big deal here, blockading a jumpgate, sure it sucks if you get caught and blown to bits. But that's one of the great funs of smuggling. Just the other day i got blown up by my own pilots:).. was great fun.

@Dab; I'd advise you to name the battleships each something guardian or Area 51-ish, such as LNS Papoose and LNS Fort Jay

No one has said anything about going to Liberty to attack them.

Also to add, for the most part the Corsairs attacking Liberty in the past have been unaffiliated players and the main Corsair factions cant really stop them doing it (we ask them not to but they don't stop), they mess up the RP between the main factions and i am against that totally.

The only thing i don't like is Gate camping, it ruins any chance for a smuggler and makes being one pointless if thats the way lawfuls are going to play it.

Kinda agree about Zone 21 but you don't need to camp the JG?

That's actually a fairly good comment. We should mainly be situated around the entrance to the minefield, which gives us more time to stop, disrupt and attack anyone who comes in.
