I must say, at first I did not like the model, but progressively (Reading all the posts) I must say it is a very nice model. Kudos to Hades, and I look forward to seeing it in the future. Again really impressive work people.
I just can't wait to be flying through 0-7 and see a swarm of BS's Vidar's and fighters Q.Q

It's kind of very unlikely that it will get a forward gun while staying allround in other areas.

So unless you are looking for a very specific BS along the lines of Liberty Cruiser => fewer guns for a ship of it's size, smaller powercore etc, I'd say you should change it for a hangar or something like that.

also about the texture, it should be clear from the outside that it's hessian and not RM ship imo. If it uses same color it might easily be mistaken for a the new RM light carrier. Don't some of AoM's fighter line texture fit on some parts of the ship?

Don't care about balance. I was given a ship with a forward gun to texture and that's what I'm doing. Is up for debate with the RHA, not me.

So far as the textures go, look again Martin. I actually modified the RM cap 3 texture to include Hessian panels on there, and have been using AoM's textures scattered acrossed the hull in addition to that. There's plenty of Hessian in the thing. Most I could do is to further darken the modified RM textures, and I'm not sure how well that would work out.
