Say that a pirate asks a trader for 2 million credits. The trader pays, but the pirate blasts him anyway, to sell the cargo to some junker/smuggler or so on. Roleplay wise, does make sense. However, ruleswise, can it be considered PvP abuse?

situation:

pirate catches trader > requests credits or cargo > trader complies > pirate kills trader

this is not considered to be against the rules today? what conditions (an example) need to be met for it to be 'fine' ?

I think he just means it has always been handled as PvP abuse and will continue to be so.
